its very possible. Once you get to Australia, you will meet fellow Nigerians that would guide you in getting jobs.they will tell you how to survive and show you the way but you have to be very hardworking and ready to get your hands dirty (i dont mean illegal jobs) if need be. save more and spend less on social activities......dont try to impress anyone with material stuffs cos you see others doing...stay focused and always plan ahead...
be smart and talk less....stick to these advice and you will be fine...cheers

Hi All,

I trust you great! This is to motivate an individual out there.

Profile:

So I recently got my approval. All thanks to God. Inputs from this platform cannot be underrated as well.

Medicals was done upfront Oct. 26th, 2018
Application was submitted Nov. 16th, 2018
Biometrics followed Nov 19th, 2018.
Approval popped in Dec. 14th, 2018.
School: RMIT (AL1 Institution)

So; I simply submitted all documents required using the evidentiary document checklist tool. *Nothing Extra* Please, see link below.
https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/web-evidentiary-tool

In all, please, take time out in writing a very catching GTE (Statement of Purpose/Intent). This I believe have a great impact on one's application. Watch out for grammatical errors, wrong usage of words and above all, make sure you express yourself in your statement. Your passion and motivation driving you must be felt by the case officer *you must be articulate about it*. Thanks to @Nogara on this this one. He gave his input on mine.

Great to be part of this family. Please, never hesitate to buzz up if you need any clarification on your application. I am still learning; but will sure try my best in giving response to the best of my knowledge.

Cheers!

i dont think you should write another waec, rather i'd advice you carry on with the course/plan you are currently working on because you stand a big chance of getting the visa if your background course is related to your proposed Msc program, and when you get here, you can switch to any SOL listed course after your first trimester. And yes, i am in Australia

Hi my people,

I want to apply for Bachelor programme in a field different from my majors. I just acquired my Msc degree. Is there anyone that know if my higher degrees that I earned can affect the admission outcomes and immigration decision at the end?

I am planning to move with my family.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hello Guruindahouse,

From your question above; I see you have acquired a BS.c and MS.c degree previously. If you intend applying for another Bachelor's degree; you need to consider your age. Also, the ability to convince your case officer on the reason for choosing a lower degree and a different field of study.

Admission with the education provider can always come through; but getting the Visa will be the huddle to cross. Success Mate.

Do weigh your options.

Cheers!

Hi kelvin,

@enyinna4 has said it all. Please, call IOM to schedule an appointment. You shouldn't have an issue with that because hardly do you see Australian applicant there. Canadian does dominate with my experience.

Don't forget to take your e clearance medical form. This is always filled on DIPB's platform *I think*

Success chief.
