What just happened to Mourinho is just like a normal cycle that many of us here predicted, work for 2 years, get sacked during or at the end of the 3rd year. E no start today, so I would not accept that excuse that his time has come. Mourinho is still very active.

Capello reached his time in 2008, over 10 years ago, and still been active.

Wenger time reached in 2005, and was still active.

Once either your personality, motivational methods or tactics become outdated your time has come.

In Mourinhos case, his personality defects have gone too far, to the realm of mental illness if you ask me.
