Former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ahmed Mu’azu on Wednesday met behind closed doors with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo at the Presidential Villa, Abuja

Muazu however declined to speak with State House Correspondents after the over two hours closed-door meeting with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo at the presidential Villa, Abuja

The meeting is coming amidst speculations that the former PDP national chairman is on his way to joining forces fully with the All Progressive Congress APC, following reports that his is being wooed by the party ahead of 2019 general elections.

BusinessDay recall that Vice President Osinbajo had last weekend attended the wedding of Muazu’s daughter in Bauchi.

Businessday sources said his visit was not unconnected with plans to formalize his movement to the APC as well as to thank the Vice President for gracing his daughter’s wedding.

The wedding was also attended by former Vice President and presidential candidate of the PDP in the 2019 general election Atiku Abubakar, traditional rulers, political and business associates of the former PDP chairman as well as other important personalities from across the country.

Muazu, it will be recalled also piloted the affairs of the former President Goodluck Jonathan’s failed re-election campaigns in 2015 and soon after, issues emerged of hi alleged betrayal of Jonathan, an accusation, his vehemently denied.

All efforts by the State House Correspondents to know why he was at the Presidential Villa, at this time failed as he politely declined to speak on his visit

when you know how to play the game, you become a master without much stress. you can imagine, few weeks to elections and the APC is not stressing itself with unnecessary disturbance called campaign yet the hand writting shows APC is winning. by this time in 2015, our national reserve was flying in dollars from centre to left and right, in different colors and sizes of envelopes.

Anything that held Mu'azu from joining the APC since 2014 may likely hold him back. But to me, the question is, why woo a northern heavy weight if u claim u have Bauchi and all north-west in your pocket. Are you looking for block votes?
By now, all I would have loved to be seeing is governors like Wike in close door meetings with PMB and PYO. But hey... they have everywhere on lockdown for PMB so..

I THOUGHT MU'AZU IS IN EXILE OVEREAS IN THE WAKE OF THE BUHARI ADMINISTRATION TAKING OVER POWER AFTER DEFEATING EX-PRESIDENT GOODLUCK EBELE AZIKIWE JONATHAN IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 2015.

Does Mu'azu not have a case to answer for his financial crimes during the Jonathan era?

Now he has jumped into the APC to cover up his tracks and the Buhari administration is quick to absorb him without reviewing his past.

He denied betraying Jonathan, now this.

My question for zombies is...

Amnesty International released thousand number of those killed in Fulani/herdsmen clashes, and blamed it on the govt.

US foreign mission released a statement of the death of about 20 thousand person in same clashes. Again they blamed the govt.

NBS just released a statement that unemployment rate has risen above 20%.Boko Haram is still rampaging.

They have confirmed that they closed shop (economy)in pursuit of imaginary criminals that are only found inthe opposition.

In three years, this people borrowed more than preceding govts borrowed in 16 years. I can go on and on and on.

These are not propaganda. They are verifiable.

Why is the world seeing that this people have failed, while APC zombies and some others supporting them?

The World cannot be all wrong while you are right. That's early sign of lunacy.
