Wah does that signature mean Is that I will snap my signature and upload Then secondly I will be 18 early next yr Feb 26th. I hope it won't affect me?

Yes you will do your signature on a clean sheet of paper, snap it, resize it to the required size and upload.

And as for your age, I don't think it should affect you.

Double entry means, if you registered with two accounts it means you will be disqualified.

Hey guys. I'm interested in the BEA scholarship. I'll be 18 in April, 2019. Sad thing is I sorta finished school early so my WAEC certificate will be three years old by 2019. I had five A's and four B's. Do I still stand a chance?

That's not a burden but a blessing, they are mostly concerned with upper limit (35 or 40). Do apply and never hesitate to do.
Also try to get past questions in that area, to boost your chances

You can do ur CBT/INTERVIEW anywhere. Choose a place close to ur resident

Please I have Affidavit of Age declaration and that was what I uploaded since I don't have the one from NPC? One time I wanted to get it, they were telling me about 15k or more.

I got mine 3k on Friday at Somolu local govt. That certificate shouldn't cost more than 3k-5k
