Good morning @all. I have been using Galaxy Grand Prime + for a while but discovered later discovered its poor internal memory. When I bought it brand new at a samsung office it had 4G but after a very short while the 4G no longer shows, except 3G below. When I also bought it ,it allowed download of apps on external memory cards but in a short while it stopped app downloads to memory. I went online and made some research and apparently it is a general problem with the phone. As it is now all my internal memory is filled up with updates I deliberately switched off. Now I dont have a storage space and memory cards have become unreliable.
Any suggestions
