I used the email-address booking pattern last night and got appointment this morning on the 28th of December 2018 by 7:00am. That's a perfect date for me cos mine is very urgent.

Please house, my third name on my birth certificate and my admission letter is different from the one on my international passport and all other docs

Will it have any negative effect during my interview?

I stopped using the third name on my birth certificate and started using another one which is on all my documents + intl passport.

The only reason I used it for the application was because the asked for birth name so I put my name exactly as it is on my birth certificate.

If it does have a negative effect - I have a photocopy affidavit from court stating the name belong to the same person. I used the original a while ago. Would I need to get a new one or that will suffice?

Subject: APPLICATION FOR STUDENT VISA

Name: fill in your names as in your international passport

Place: fill in your address

Kindly find attached

Then you attach your admission letter, Front page/Data page of your international passport, Proof of finance (which is either your blocked account or sponsorship letter)

I did, but their admission take time oooo. I applied on the 28 September, 2months and 3weeks. I just receive their message today. That I fulfill all their requirement. So am goin to write their test in mid of Jan. You can apply since is a direct online application, your not going to send any hard copy.

I no de use am laugh o. I've always come across his comments and questions. A lot of people including me have advised him since October accordingly and even gave suggestions.
I'm just surprised to see some of the outcome even after plenty people Don help am. That's why I actually wished him luck.

Google it and you will see a sample. It is not an ordinary document that someone can just send to you, it is confidential.
You can get a sample on Google though.
