Thanos was even the worst part of that trainwreck. He was overpowered and his motivation was uninspiring and grotesque

Thanos had a point. Resources weren't enough so he had to reduce population. That's logical but unethical.

He was the most powerful being in the universe meaning he was a "god". Even thor had a hard time with him minus his hammer.

I enjoyed infinity war it was the climax of MCU. I want to say this that end game will ne the highest grossing movie of 2019 possibly of all time.

Watch and see.

Venom= Trash

The nun= Trash

The house with a clock in it's walls= Trash

THUG [The hate u give]= pretty good

Caro= Average

Justice league= Trash

wonder woman= Average

Logan= pretty good

Black panther= pretty good

Acrimony= pretty good

Equalizer 2= pretty good [cuz I like Denzel]

Atomic blonde= Average

A quiet place= pretty good

John wick 3= Won't see it until I've seen 1 and 2

bumblebee = Hope will be good

Mowgli [legend of the jungle]= Hope will be good

Avengers infinity war= Hope will be good

Avatar 2= Hope will be good

Lion King= Hope will be good

Are you the penny dreadful dude.?

P.s my opinion

1 to 4 no seem nor am I interested.

Justice league ain't thrash it's just there. Though the only point in the movie was superman showing he was the overpowered superhero. He even held wonder woman lasso and dragged her with it. Highlight of the movie. Batsman was dumb not to come there with some kryptonite.

Wonderwoman. Fair but cannot be watched again.

Logan was nice. Strong 7.

Black panther over rated. But taking into consideration the African setting, costumes and cinematography it's a fair movie. Equal to wonder woman in my opinion.

9 and 10 mot seen yet. Downloaded but no time.

Atomic blind you're right average. Entertaining but forgettable

A quiet place.. a new experience. I loved it but it's got just one shine.

John wick 3. 1 and 2 exposes violence at a new level. Really good .

Bumble bee .. might see this tomorrow

Mowgli. Will download and watch in spare time.

Avengers infinity war ..excellent. marvel fan so maybe I am biased.

Avatar 2 and lion king well my best on lion king

I know we don't see eye to eye but I agree with you.

Thanos motivation is uninspiring and the plan to save the universe by wiping out 50% of life is moronic.

Population will grow again in about a decade.
So Thanos has to snap again every 10 years.

Plus whenever he snaps, gauntlet gets damaged.

Is this what he will be doing every 10 years

Why not double food and put an end to world hunger using reality stone.

BTW the gauntlet doesn't cherry pick which part of the world to spare.
So the areas in the world with abundant food would still be cut in half.

Moronic plan.

Did Marvel studios think only children and teenagers will watch this film
That it will not be easy to poke a hole in Thanos master plan. undecided

Thanos is just another Doomsday villain who thinks he's saving the world.

As far as motivations and plans are concerned, I have seen better villains in super hero films.

@bolded That is my biggest grouse with fans of that movie. For a character to divide a whole population in two and choose a side that'll live and die without consideration of the families that'll be destroyed because "resources have to be managed" and viewers support a character with a genocidal mindset like that.Seriously, humankind is in deep poo.

The division was purely random. No point to it that's what makes it perfect. If he decided on a criteria for selection then it's pointless compared to random genocide ( for the good of all).

The point of resources have to be managed is logical too as I said but unethical.

Half of all life can never be replaced in 100 years not to talk of 10. If half of the worlds 7 billion people are wiped out in one " snap" we won't see that population again in the next 200 years.

The plan has logic to it but as I said its unethical.

Food growth cannot meet up population explosion. So reduce the population.

In 10 years it will not return to the way it was but it will rise again, that is my point.

He has to do it again and again until he gets tired.

Did I mention the gauntlet will take damage with each snap.

You also missed the part where I said areas of the world with abundant food would still be cut in half undecided

And why can't the reality stone double food production to meet up with the population

Defend Thanos all you want but he's a slowpoke through and through.

His plan sucks.

Population in the world is currently (2018) growing at a rate of around 1.09% per year (down from 1.12% in 2017 and 1.14% in 2016). The current average population increase is estimated at 83 million people per year.

In 10 years population will rise significantly by 830 million.
In 45 years population has risen and another 3.5 billion people has been added.
So yes, I'm correct.

It will not take 200 years for a population of 3.5 billion to double.
Stop telling lies.
It will only take 45-50 years.

You should do some research on world population growth before you start talking anyhow. undecided

A visually stunning movie like Aquaman got snubbed
as ten films remain in contention for the visual effects Oscar® and Aquaman isn’t one of them. The ten semi-finalists, five of which will make the final list of nominees, are listed below.

Ant-Man and the Wasp
Avengers: Infinity War
Black Panther
Christopher Robin
First Man
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom
Mary Poppins Returns
Ready Player One
Solo: A Star Wars Story
Welcome to Marwen

How many of these listed movies had better groundbreaking and stunning visuals than Aquaman

Aquaman is arguably the most visually stunning movie of the year.

Screw the Oscars angry

Sorry if the tone sounded dismissive..not all movies have subtle messages you can mirror to real life, some are just to entertain the viewers knowing fully well that the scenario cannot happen in real life. Besides Avengers has another sequel coming up next year, who knows, Thanos deed (Hand snap) might be undone bringing back everyone (50% of the population) if not your argument will have it's light of day. Most people expect the heroes to win everytime that what makes Avengers infinity war such a beautiful movie...shalom

there were so many things i didn't like in the movie ...but this wasn't one them....thanos' was 100% correct ....if there was more life to resource ratio ....eventually all life(most life) will cease as the resources will all be consumed and people will start dieing or start fighting wars to claim the available resource which will still lead to the loss of a substantial number of lives ....which is what thanos did but faster ...you think its unethical because he killed them all quickly ...its like saying letting a thousand people die today and then in the next year no one dies is unethical but then letting a thousand people die over the course of a year is ethical.... Thanos seeing this decided to stop the suffering that was sure to come...why should everyone die ....it was "mercy"

Let's go back to the basics using the current world population.

According to research, the estimated population of the world is 7 billion people.

Thanos wipes out half.

3.5 billion survive.

Population in the world is currently (2018) growing at a rate of around 1.09% per year (down from 1.12% in 2017 and 1.14% in 2016). The current average population increase is estimated at 83 million people per year.

Using the current statistics...

Population will increase by 830 million every ten years.

In 45 years 3.5 billion will double back up to 7 billion.

This is a simple math...

I don't know why these Marvel fans will not get it.
One of them was quoting 200 years because he lives on Pluto... He knows nothing about Earth.
