Truth is, at the risk of sounding like a broken record you can always refrain from giving advice if you've got nothing to say! Do you know the number of people with HIV who are unaware of their status? At least she's trying to do the right thing and know her status so as to start treatment. Even if she is to be HIV positive, is killing herself the best option? Should we kill all HIV positive people?
