Kenya is corrupt but has never been more corrupt than Nigeria.
What part of currency printing did I lie to you.
Dela Rue built a factory for printing currency in 1990ss - and Kenya has never imported currency.
We have printed polymers notes locally since 1990s. De la Rue imported old polymers machines from Malta & New Zealand to print polymers in Kenya as early as 90s.
Nobody in kenya has ever heard of money being imported - it a strange conversation you got there .
You've been printing only 50 naira note till recently, importing the rest
This we need by giving De la Rue incentives - free 10 acre land and 10 yr tax holiday.
Dela Rue is now 40% owned by CBK.

As you speak De la Rue factory just got fresh investment as it aims to become regional printer grin grin grin grin

Your little India is recognized as more corrupt than Nigeria. grin Why are you lying about your currency printing?
Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 9:16am On Dec 22, 2018
What is you GDP using market rate (USD 1:365 naira) now. And what is your nominal GDP now.

Let me help you around 320B. Divided by 198M. Nominal GDP 1,610USd. If you use Gov exchange rate 370B (per capita is 1860).

Kenya GDP is roughly now 90B against pop of 48M - our per capita is nearly 1900USd.

And ours is NOT COOKED. Yours OVER-COOKED.

We have gone through the spending - revenue several times - your federal+state budget total is now around 41B dollars - our total budget National+counties - is around 35-36B.

And you can imagine you got 4 times the population and twice the land mass to cover - with ABOUT the same money in gov coffers.

And now oil is crashing - you'll be crying tears for long time.

forgiveness:

Yes! That happened only in your fantasy. grin
What is Kenya's yearly spending? Let us finish this debate once and for all. grin

Keep lying to yourself . Kenyans are seen as scum here. No one likes idiots who don't want to work hard like other immigrants. You commit crimes hiding behind the Nigerian name like the togolese I posted.

Evidence! Provide at least three different reports from RELIABLE MEDIA of Kenyans doing the infamous Naij type scams using your monikers.

Precisely. Kenya bottom-feeders in South Africa are found selling curios - that they import from Kenya - to tourists. Otherwise most of kenyans in South Africa are students and proffesionals.

Chineke! Just dis year and the lying mofos want us to believe NAIROBI airport is the best in Africa. grin

Honestly, these Kenyans here are bunch of liars seeking for cheap relevance. We should keep exposing them. grin
I think we are even bringing ourselves down by rubbing shoulders with them. Honestly, Nigeria has failed woefully due to its governance problems but this thread has really exposed Kenya despite their small size and relative political calm. They didn't suffer any coup or civil war! But Nigeria can come out of this mess. How? Young Nigerians are more aware than before, our economy is arguably Africa's largest(heck, Lagos's economy alone puts Kenya to shame), our education is being upgraded (ordinary Covenant university, a private entity in Ogun state is ranked higher than all Kenyan universities), there's more attention paid to infrastructure and corruption though hydra headed is gradually being checked. In short Nigerians are now asking question like not before. China used to have about 80% poverty rate in the 70s but look where they are today. The secret? Education and awareness. Nigeria is down but we are not out..grin Clearly, no African country has potential like Nigeria. The cup is half full. If not serious insecurity, what would make grown men waste so much time on a Nigerian site all the way from east Africa. Don't you see how early they wake up to come to nairaland and how late they stay every night? This means a lot to them; To rub shoulders with Nigerians.

I can speak of myself. I come here to have fun - it so much fun demolishing Nigerians - if we were in South Africa or another really developed country - we would coil our tails. But Nigeria - is like an opponent who despite passing out severally after several heavy knocks but just keep coming for more punishment.

And in kenya we have mostly limitiless internet and of course 24hrs of electricity - so it not hassle to log in here and many other sites - for infotainment.

As for Conventan university being ranked more than UON - that is probably one wierd index that got it completely wrong. I know you're like Tanzania desperado who will keep such ranking forever.

UON is one of Africa best university - without doubt.

We moved to become a world class Airport. You think KQ would be flying people to Nairobi hub that was bad.
We recently went for global talent and recruited a Nowergian to lead our airports - we jumped from your average airport to world class airport - just 2 yrs - and 2018 we are most improved Airport. Airport is not business Nigerian can hack - first hack stable electricity.

Kenya Airports Managing Director Jonny Andersen (Nowergian).

And next year our airports will be turned over to KQ - who will make them truly world class.

Do you just build empty large airports or you build AIRPORTS BASED ON REALISTIC PASSENGER PROJECTIONS. That is what we do. Airports or stadiums are not grandiose white-elephant - they are smart investment- Maiduguru International Airport - when will a flight land there.

Isn't why you're poor despite all the oil. You build grandiose projects when you have 14m passengers.

Wajir airport or Lokichoggio airstrip are probably busier than most of your airports.

Actually you should care - look like in 2014 with OIL BOOM you had 7.5M - and now it's going down to 6M - as oil recession bites.

You know in 2014 - JKIA carried less than 4M passengers.

By the time we speak next year - JKIA will be approaching 10M - and LAGOS - with oil crash - will be approaching 4m.

Yes projection is JKIA will hit 10M soon. They need to resume the greenflied project at JKIA - and get it done. KQ will help with Software/Mgt issues but ultimately gov has to invest in JKIA - the main cashcow.

I know Uhuru cancelled because of Wanjigi but we need to resume expansion of JKIA to handle 20M passengers by 2030.

We will be at South Africa's level then - where OR Tambo Joburg now handles 21M passengers - and JKIA will be handling that number.
