I think we are even bringing ourselves down by rubbing shoulders with them. Honestly, Nigeria has failed woefully due to its governance problems but this thread has really exposed Kenya despite their small size and relative political calm. Is SGR defaulting. That "news" was part of conditionals from EximBank China when they gave us 5B dollars railway loan. In just 1yr we are already 8 yr projected CARGO.There are more than 14 trains making 28-30 cargo trips per day. Ethiopia are struggling with 1 train and have already asked Chinese to extend the repayment period.

Kenya is not about to nor has it ever defaulted on Loan. We are not Nigeria or TZ who have had debt crisis after crisis. We have paid our debt in time except for few years we have asked for rescheduling.
