Hello everybody, jamb is at the corner, admission processing will start soonest ,The admission list for 2018/2019, academic session admission is already out and most of the list had been released. it will be of a upmost measure to start preparing urself adequately and effectively if you don't want to forfeit the next year admission .
The thread is mainly for Oau 2019/2020 aspirants .it will be a very active thread, all kinds of questions and complaints are welcome, so I encourage all Oau students to participate adequately to ensure minimal dispersal of information and knowledge ,aspirants, staylitte n newly admitted contribution is validly needed here..

I am in nd2 right now in fpe.our program is likely to finish in august with result coming out in october 2019.i want to apply for direct entry to Oau.would i obtain dis 2019 jamb or 2020 jamb.is it possible to obtain this 2019 jamb against my nd result in october for 2020 admission

I don't think it will tally , my point of view tho.. Because you have to get ur results ready b4 getting the direct entry form.. Else otherwise comment is welcome..

You need to get your transcript available before October(must have been submitted to oau admission office) . with your results coming out in October, you do not stand a chance.

Having typ
ed that, gaining admissions in oau through UTME is more easier and transparent compared to DE (from experience). You can obtain this year jamb utme if you think you are not too big. By year 2021, you are in 200L. But if you wanna wait till next year to take DE fine but remember you will also be in 200L by year 2021 and DE admission is not that guaranteed

please I heard oau add o level result with jamb and post Jamb for admission ,my o level result was just 5 credits no A or B can I still get admitted

hi everyone, if am choosing OAU in my jamb DE and my aggregate is 10 though I put in for chemistry education my final NCE result is 3.28 in chemistry/mathematics pls what's my chance of gaining admission and what are those things I need to prepare before registration and screening commence. thanks

I want to ask that is there any further submission of documents after jamb 2019 DE registration. If there is when will it Starts.. Is it before post utme or after postutme.. Thanks as you reply

Yes, you have to submit your transcript to the admission office before screening starts and it’s important you submit ur documents to jamb office too.

OAU Post UTME & Admission Screening Details 2019/2020


The authorities of Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU Ile-Ife has released information on Post UTME and Admission Screening exercise for 2019/2020 session.

In the release, they stated that registrations for the Post UTME will commence on July 19th, 2019.

“Candidates who made the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife their first choice in the 2019 UTME and scored 200 and above, and those who applied for Direct Entry (DE) are hereby informed that the admissions portal, admissions.oauife.edu.ng or the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife website (www.oauife.edu.ng) will become available for registration for the POST-UTME screening exercise effective from 19th July, 2019.”
