Bp is not a problem.

When an officer gives all of you issues,bp will definitely rise....

Best way to beat bp test, and it worked....... Don't think, have a clear mind....try and remember things that make you happy...remove sexual experience from your mind cos it increases the blood pressure.......think of your best food, don't take cold or hot water...take lukewarm drinks for that period.........sing songs, hum songs......don't stay under the sun......don't stand for too long, sit down almost always...... Engage in nice chat not argument.............

Trust me,it's very easy to beat bp and very easy to fail the BP test.

Merry Christmas to you all...... Ugo4U,any package for me....am leaving kaduna today
Till we meet for Serti.

As we all enjoy the Xmas/New year festivities and its attendant choppingsons, let there be moderation in everything we do, don't drink, if you must drink, drink water, Don't smoke wewe unless you wan crase remember village people have upgraded to 4g network.
Most importantly watch ur weight, believe you me overweight candidates will be screened out(Don't ask my how I know/ source).
NB Overweight is not untill you are as fat as Iya Jumoke or Mr Ibu b4 u know you are overweight, when ur height is not commiserate with Ur body mass na serious issue oo. So drop that extra laps of fowl you wanna devour, keep fit and Pray hard.

Thanks alot for all d responses, I actually carried a research on it, a guy dat went for screening (SSC), said dat d were put in a cold room in order to normalize their BP.

Over excitement can also lead to an increase in BP level together with fear and anxiety.

Thanks alot, I really appreciate.

I Don find this leaf tire

I had to google to see what the leaf looked like

I still haven't seen it anywhere.. When you say squeeze, do you mean wash it and drink the water?
Morning bro. Go to supermarket and buy moringa seeds or moringa tea. If you are getting the seeds, chew five - ten seeds per day.

NB. Never take moringa with an empty tommy o. Also don't give it to a pregnant woman.

I think one of the reasons for the delay for this year's exercise is because of the EFCC cadet that are still undergoing training. It is the terma3 guys that is drilling the hell outta those cadets, it baffles me why EFCC will subject their cadet to such level of brutality putting into cognizance their constitutionally defined role which is totally different from that of the army, I wonder why they are given full combatant training even SSC cadets don't spend such number of months in training (18 months). One can only imagine how brutal Army training will be this time around.
Meanwhile 13hours in Benghazi and We were soldiers on constant replay.. Whetting my appetite with those blockbusters and having a feel of what is to come.
Happy New year in advance.
No going back..

That's what you get in this country where our institutions are not functional. Why didn't they send them to police colleges spread across this country.

As for why the list is delayed, am certain is not because of EFCC cadets training, These guys trained alongside SSC 44 cadets it could just be that everything is ready and they are waiting for "Command" you know how this Army job dey, Order here, Command there.

My brother the thing tire me, I heard one of their instructors dishing out commands to the cadets who were obviously in pains he said if 20 of them dies that it is very much allowed that they might only question them when the casualties mounts to 25, at that point, Lebete3000 just flashed in my memory, honestly speaking I don't think I'll subject myself to such level of brutality for EFCC work oo walahi, but if it is the Armed forces then no problem. Alot of those EFCC cadets have one form of injury or the other ranging from fractured bones to dislocated waist, it is that horrible.

That of the Mopol is not surprising because they too are also involved in counter insurgency operations that's why they are quite different from the conventional police force, I think there training camp is in Gwoza. But for EFCC to be recieving combatant training gaskiya I'm short of words if you see those guys ehh!! you will really pity them, normally one would expect them to have atmost basic weapons training then more of investigative/ intelligence gathering training. Maybe they want to post them to the Northeast to help in the fight against insurgents.

Was with One of the Cadet on Monday, he told me that he is currently on pass, don't know his batch sha but they have being in training since..
Don't know what they call their officer Cadre sha, but I believe the guys that spent 13months in training might be non-commisioned officers.
I might be wrong though.
