Done sir. I got a P060E (Throttle Position Performance). I ran the code around 7:45 am. The throttle works perfectly well during the day except at night and very early in the morning when the ECU automatically power on the headlamp of the car.
I look forward to your response my oga.

Boss, I drove the vehicle all day and the performance was optimal. Even the rpm was below 1 since the new throttle body was installed. However, the CEL and VSC flashing lights returned when I tried to drive the car tonight (as before). The little research I did suggests that it "might" be as a result of Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A / B Voltage Correlation malfunction (Error P2135) or Internal Control Module Throttle Position Performance (P060E) since my cruise control is not working too.

Initially, this issue is frustrating me, but right now, I am very much interested in cracking the problem, with your help.

Thanks for your time once again, sir. I look forward to reading from you.

Please see the attached file.
Pic 1: After starting.
Pic 2: Few seconds after (RPM went above 1 and no acceleration when the gas pedal was depressed).

That is a tough call.. Personally I won't use Mobil XHP at all .. You can always try Mobil 1 and see if any oil burn or leakages. If no issues with Mobil 1 than continue using it ..but if you have issues better to switch back to Mobil XHP.
People don't usually realise that Mobil 1 oil or extended performance are to protect and prolong your engine.. Not to fix engine problems. Depending how often you keep up with your oil change with Mobil XHP, problems may or may not have arise for Mobil 1 to be effective..

From the VIN report, there is no history of flooding.

Leaves us with 2 possible scenarios.

Wrong engine ecu.
Or Faulty Pedal sensor.

Do a live scan let's see the values on the pedal when it's at rest position.

The only thing common at night is auto headlamps
Personally I don't see how lighting can affect engine control but since partial contact on a ground connector showed me "shege".. Anything is possible

Heykayxx please remove lights from "auto".. Put lights on normally & see if the issue still occurs.
If the issue still occurs
Confirm alternator voltage when lamps are on & off(you can check this with your obd scanner)
-Then check for the headlamp related fuses
-Take out the fuse - "H-LP LH HI - left high beam" .. Put light on & Test the car without the fuse, put back the fuse if issue still occurs
-Repeat for the other fuses related to headlamps :left low beam, right high beam, right low beam, parking, tail & panel.
-If issue still persist.. Consult your doctor GAZZUZZ

You can also look towards the main body ECU

Thanks for taking your time to respond to my problem boss. I just took out the headlamp fuses but the throttle still didn't respond. So I guess that is also ruled out. The headlamp actually comes on automatically once the handbrake is lowered early in the morning (like 5am when the environment is dark) and at night.

I will check the alternator voltage in 2hrs. Autozone should be open by then.

I will do as advised at Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts in less than 2hrs from now.

Except you are referring to day running lights... I think you should be able to put off auto for the headlamps..

Since my OBDII is basic, I took the car to advanced auto parts to get the scanning done. However, one of the staff recommended a guy who works at an auto electrical shop. The guy at the shop did a comprehensive scan of my vehicle using a more sophisticated OBD and we found 3/4 errors; P2135, P060E, C12..(Can't remember the last two digits but it has to do with cruise control).

Luckily for me, he noticed the unusual blinking of my tail lights when the brake pedal is depressed - I installed it a few weeks back when one of my rear light went bad plus it is kinda fancy grin grin. He explained that the voltage shortfall or surge might be the reason behind the failure of my throttle very early in the morning and at night. He provided some links to back up his claim.

The repair guy replaced my tail lights with the OEM tail light and told me to come back tomorrow if my throttle fails again tonight.
PS: He did all this for free (I guess we have many Gazzuzz around the world).

Thanks for your help my ogas. I will provide an update tonight. I hope it doesn't happen again.

Update: I have good news. The car worked perfectly well. I wanna take this moment to appreciate Oga Gazzuzz and thebigkendo for their help. I won't fail to appreciate CarGuidNG for the free Autocheck report; it was a very comprehensive report. I strongly recommend this Nairalander for your vehicle history - both buyers and sellers.
I will be back again if any issue comes up again. God bless Nairalanders.

PS: I have clean, tin-can cleared 03' Corolla, 06' Toyota Camry LE, and 05' Honda Civic for sale in Lagos oo grin grin grin.
