lilianchisom48:Babies are humans too and we're all different, I know as a FTM you should be worried but please go easy on the baby for now. Fortune was like that. He didn't sit properly at almost seven months,he started crawling late and still hasn't walked or even stood unaided at 16 months and has no tooth. The other day his dad was telling him to walk, even his younger cousins are walking and have teeth, I just told him to leave my son. He's doing other things so well and will walk in his own time as ordained by God. 9 Likes |

Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by JGracious: 7:03am On Dec 28, 2018 |
kayzat: Before: 1) Ensure baby is feeling well. If treating any sickness, be sure to notify the nurses so they can advise better on taking the immunisation that day or reschedule for another day. 2) have your paracetamol syrup on hand. You can give immediately after being injected or wait till you get home. Babies cry most times after taking injections so you may need to breastfeed to pacify your baby. 3) dont forget your immunisation card at home. Note the vaccines you are due for and make sure you are vigilant so a wrong vaccine is not administered to your baby. 4) take a sheet of newspaper along. You will need to use it as a protection cover in the scale bowl before putting your baby on the scale for weighing. After: 5) baby may be very cranky and the temperature may run high due to immunisation fever, give paracetamol and pet the baby well. 6). If immunisation site becomes swollen, don't rub or massage. It will go down on its own. You can also wrap ice-block in a napkin and gently place on the site. 7) save the date for your next immunisation as a reminder on your phone so you dont forget. Cheers. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Haydee0406: Has it always been there or it just came up? If it is the latter, then i think you should see a doctor. My son has always had dark patches, mostly around his bum and arm area. It used to be much, but as he grows, it keeps reducing. I read online that it was quite normal, although my son's own wasn't as much as yours. 1 Like |
