Hi guys i have a lil issue..
A guy made a payment of over 100k to me since Saturday via AccessBank app,, i saw the transaction and also the Debit Alert.
It was late, so i let him go without getting an alert on my own end (my biggest mistake) since i saw the transaction, thought it just a delay on my on UBA bank.
.
But till now i havent seen the money,, contacted my own bank and no traces of such fund. I have tried to call the guy phone no,, but he has been avoiding or not go through at all..
Ive gone to AccessBank to make a complain (met several others with same issue,, but unlike me they are the sender not reciever like me),, and they all decline to help as im a 3rd party. They wont even help confirm if fund left his acc or not..

Please does anyone have an insider in Access that can help,, or you know a way/idea i can get my fund back by any means. Kindly quote me or reach me via Signature

P.S The only detail of the guy i have is his Airtel phome no,, which is linked to his Access acc..

The fund has probably reversed into his account since its since Saturday. 2 things I think you can do.
1. Have another person call him with business proposition to get his attention and set up a meeting. Once he shows up, grab him.
2. Send an official email to his bank with the details including his attitude since the transfer. Be sure to put your own bank in copy of the email.

But if the guy is a nairalander and is seeing this....you know the rest ...

the transaction is being reverse through inter banking settlement claim, you cannot receive any alert unless the guy resend the money.

The same thing happen to me on Friday but the person resend the money because he is a well know big man on nairaland,I even followed him to his shop at computer village,a nairalander whose happen to be a lawyer act as a witness.

Allowing the guy to go with your item without seen the alert is a biggest mistake from you.

Seen the alert is not even %100 that the money is in your account, what about fake alert? I will need to confirm the payment via ATM balance inquiry or transfer part of the money to another account. I don't transact business in hurry,I will tell you to go if you cannot wait. If you cannot wait, naaaa police go settle am.
