We don't have oil to share around. Those regions that are in Arid and semi Arid areas will obviously struggle. Their story though is changing - we now have devolution - and are able to throw around 3B dollars to those counties - but ultimately Kenyans have had to pull themselves by their bootstraps - and by basically pulling together as is our national motto - HARAMBEE!!!!
