Revenue does not intoxicate but alcohol and drugs do; the law aims to keep out such intoxicants especially from our vulnerable youths in order to address an ongoing problem of addiction among them; while the revenue will go towards serving the ppl of the state including non - Muslim residents - it is therefore infantile to expect the state to refuse its legitimate due of the shared revenue.
