Something tells me this guy is regular car dealer who feels threaten people are importing directly.
Otherwise the guy has asked for your detail for 2 months and we not seen your breaklight since then.

Regular time for refund is 5-7 business days, UNLESS client has already bought a car with us and wants to cancel what was reserved for him.
The procedures are different in both cases. But in any case, we have to check, so we ask for profiles' dealer numbers. Unfortunately, here on nairaland it's not showing neither email nor any other user information to help us identify the person who needs our assistance and to be contacted.

I registered with auction exp but I decided not to purchase my car via her because of the complaints I have heard people about them.
auction exp seem genuine though from my view but I can't risk my hard-earned money on something as capital as a car to begin to have a bad service because such purchases are "once in many years and usually nonrefundable"

I will be patient though before deciding but I think I will rather a close person send to me.
I can't be formulating stories about.

My sales rep Dianella was wonderful, Nick, Victoria, Max ,everybody I cannot mention all, What I like most is the quick responds to my emails, no matter the question, there was always a solution to it. The only set back I got was that I was receiving emails when the car was shipped but i did not receive email when the car arrived, tracking did not provide enough information , I think they should send an email to inform buyers when the vehicles https://www.auctionexport.com/en/Home/ReviewsAndTestimonials
