Can I start using Mobil 1 for a 2008 Camry bought from a third party with no history of previous oil type being used. Engine runs smooth with no single error light on the dashboard.

I am using Toyota Camry 2002 (Big for Nothing).
The Oil specification for the car is 5w-30(in the Manual book).

But my Mechanic used normal Total 20w-50 to service it and since then its has been emitting white smoke (for few minutes on starting it).
Could it be as a result of non compatibility of the oil spec?

If yes, I stay in Abuja, How do I get it sir.

I sell Just engine oil.

mercerdes has an oil life counter, the manufacturers set the mileage based on age of oil in the system, distance travelled, and hours engine runs.

you would need 6.3quarts of engine oil. Most people buy 2gallons (10quartz) then 4 more subsequent servicing they use the extra 4quarts from the first service to achieve the required 6.3quartz.

Cost is 18,500 per gallon (5quartz)

Don't buy oil from Gazzus o. You have so many things to loose buying from him. Be guided and patronize legitimate synthetic oil seller. I won't say more
