To claim Partner points, your spouse must score a minimum of 6 in each band of IELTS or 50 in PTE.

In addition to the above, your spouse must satisfy the following:
My partner is aged under 45
My partner can obtain a suitable skills assessment (that is not for a Subclass 485 visa)
My partner has a skilled occupation on the same skilled occupation list as you.

My questions and challenges are.

1. How can I claim the 5 points from spouse when actually I am yet to marry ?. Anybody with a smart game plan for that should share.

2. I have been in IT (Computer Engineer/ Network Administrator) field for like 4 years now but it's hard to provide evidence for most because everything is just scattered. I had a 6 months work experience with Alpha-beta during my Industrial training program in their Information System department. I was active mostly in their Computer Engineer and Network Engineer units.

I went to learn fully Laptop Engineering work at a place in computer village and spent 1 year there. Only company name was registered there and not a limited company. Any way to claim this work experience ?

I worked personally for myself as a computer engineer with unregistered office for like 2 years but this is hard to prove.

I just started an office work with a reputable IT firm in similar IT field this Dec and can wait for atleast a year to gather more work experience before appling.

I read somewhere where someone said that it is possible to manover ones way to claim he/she engaged in partime job alongside Unversity program throughout stay in Unversity. Can anyone with a smart game plan share with me ?

Finally am here. Compliments of the seasons to everyone. I belong to the canada FSW platform here on nairaland, I have done assessment for me and wife plus I have written ielts to be out hopefully today.

But some how, my mind have been drifting to Aussie don't know why. 2019 must be my (our) year in Jesus name.

I will suggest you try Engineering Australia and nominate Mech Engineer.
Seeing that you have no experience in engineering, you won't have enough points to compete for 189 however you will be able to roll with 190 or 489 but strong advantage for 489

With ACS, The matter complex but let me try to explain.
You need to have more than 3 years of exp for a good chance for a positive assessment.
Lets say it turns out postive and they only deduct 2yrs, the 1yr left equals 0 point.
Please refer to their website for the Assessment matrix so you can understand the above better.

In my opinion, kindly consider going in as an electrical engineer w/o experience. your profile is good for 190 and 489 .
only caveat is a water tight CDR so you don't get Engineering Technologist from EA

In a nutshell, my certificate I'm education doesn't confirm with quality experience in another field (administrative officer). I need advice on if to apply for education using just 2 yrs experience or look for something similar to admin although I don't remember seeing admin in the occupation list.

Please advice me professionally while considering the points that would be accrued to me

I DECIDED TO EXTEND A KIND HEART AND BEHOLD I MADE SOME CALLS COZ I DIDN'T HAVE IT. I SENT THIS MAN 30K!

If you are a teacher, why do you want to nominate economist? You can nominate secondary/primary school teacher which is what you currently do.

Check AITSL website for assessment requirements. If the school you worked with can state that you were paid in cash and can provide payslip, you should be good to go.

You can also nominate Human resource manager. Check www.anzsco.com/search for more details.

Also go through the list of jobs on www.anzsco.com so as to determine the best to fit into your admin job. The best option you have is using your admin experience, however the downside is that the assessing body will deduct some of the years of experience because the job is not related to your qualification.

Also note that your degree is 10 points cos UNN is a tier 2 uni and your course is a 4 year course.

Engineering Technologist is a skilled level 1 occupation, you will need a bachelor's degree to successfully access for any skilled level 1 occupation.
Secondly, Engineering Technologist is quite competitive.

The bright side
You can nominate "Fitter" otherwise known as "plant mechanic" with your degrees and experience in the manufacturing field.
Fitter is much less competitive and gives you the opportunity to go for 189 and 190 or 489 with either Northern Territory or South Australia in case you get 10points for English.

It's not too difficult to write cdr but for time and chance.
I got an offer from some reputable cdr writer even at less than this man charged me. I thought I should patronize him coz we're one Nigerians and his plea to give him the money for PTE. This is why we keep being labelled scams all the time. And a man like this wants to travel abroad with scam money? If he ever makes it there what's d guarantee he will reap the fruit of that land?
