Many times, some of us dismiss the possibility of Nigeria disintegrating with a wave of the hand. But to be realistic, there are chances that the country could stop existing any day, although we don't wish for that.

Anything can happen in this world , war can breakout in the USA sef, how much more naija. But in economics and finances we don't account for those cos they are termed DISASTERS.

Is it advisable to lock in for long tenures now at about 14% or wait for the rates to go higher early next year. Do you see the rates going higher or lower in future??

If only people know the amount of Properties that AMCON and banks are carrying about and looking for people to buy and give them cash for...

But then one needs to check a lot more before actually ditching house for Tbills.

many that invested in houses in Lekki area are till now praying for someone to just pay at reduced price to give them cash flow

No be small thing!

Please is their any channel to discuss with AMCON or other banks as regards purchasing those repo properties off of them? I'm not sure simply emailing them may be fruitful.

I wanted to, but the money I planned to use was part of my MMF I liquidated.
The money didn’t land in my bank account on time ,so I missed it . Why do you ask?

Oh , I see ...
You might not receive any SMS or email .
Your sure bet to see your allotment is to log onto your cscs account and see it there . https://www.cscs.ng/home/login
Access comes with a annual fee though. Or you can ask your stockbroker to check for you,.
All the Savings Bond I’ve bought , I never received any sms or notifications. They appear in my portfolio one or two weeks after settlement date. Don’t panic
