Let me suggest Psalm 1-10. Read it and pray. You'd likely fall asleep before you're done praying but the good thing is you'd fall asleep with the word of God ringing in your spirit man

So I always try to abide by his teachings.

I finally watched Billboard Music Awards 2018 last week and it was entertaining throughout.
Great performances by Jennifer Lopez, Nomarni.
Camilla Cabello was something else, the lady is talented, just over a year splitting from 5th Harmony, she's really soaring high.
....And Bts, oh gosh, never heard of them. People were crazy about these Asian boys at the award show, and they perform their hit song 'fake love' well.
8/10.
