Rudigar side by side with koulibaly won't be bad though.

David luiz can go back to Psg.

Actually

There’s good news on the stadium front, sort of. According to the BBC, Tottenham Hotspur have been granted permission by the Premier League to continue playing their home matches at Wembley Stadium until the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is ready to host games. However, that permission comes with a major caveat: they won’t be able to use Wembley’s full capacity and will instead be restricted to 51,000 fans

So it literally meant that Spurs filled up the permitted capacity.

Restricted to 51,000 yet they had 55k in the stadium vs Chelsea

So even with Mourinho's very poor performance, Pep didn't perform any better.

I like how you didn't argue the trophies and all that cheesy cheesy

Is there a reason why Mou was sacked and Pep not?

Barca and atletico finished 1st and 2nd respectively last season...when the teams that finished in those positions last season met, this happened :-

Quick maths.

Mancity's Stadium capacity = 55,097
Man city vs Man Utd attendance = 54,816
Empty seats = 781.

Despite being EMPTYHAD.

Atletico's Stadium capacity = 68,000
ATL Vs Barça attendance = 67,204
Empty seats = 796.

796-781 =15.

Atletico stadium capacity is 67,704 stop lying

The restriction started in December

Maybe I know, maybe I don't but the fact is they both spent 2+ seasons in England at same time and won same number of trophies. One of the trophies Mourinho won was even in a competition recognized as almost if not good as the Champions League. In fact that year, Mourinho's team was the second best in Europe, losing to the eventual best team RM. Then he won the English super cup which determines the best team in England.

With these facts, while won the best team in England once, Mourinho did so too and also ended up second best in Europe.

Yes, that's for all games. But some games are deemed high risk and there has been restrictions in place for such even as far back as 2017

The “restricted general sale” limitation is standard practice for fixtures that are deemed high-risk events, as is the case with a high-profile London derby between rivals Chelsea and Tottenham.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/tottenham-chelsea-empty-seats-wembley-stadium-tickets-a7898036.html%3famp

My whole point is that Spurs are a very big club and can easily sell 80000 tickets especially for a London Derby. That's why they are expanding the white Hart lane to 62000

Spurs were forced to play their Champions League fixtures at Wembley last season and sold out all three matches against Monaco, Bayer Leverkusen and CSKA Moscow

So the restriction that started in December was why the stadium didnt fill up in November?

Nope, if you actually bothered to read the link I posted, it explained that restriction on ticket sales have been in place for high risk games (e.g Spurs vs Chelsea) even as far back as 2017. The restriction starting this December is for all games. Spurs vs Burnley for instance would have restrictions from now on.

Show us Spurs games that were not derbies and higher risk and lets see if it exceeded the Chelsea numbers

Alright. Thanks for helping out.

I think raum is just arguing for the sake of not "losing", no disrespect meant grin

It's a very common knowledge that Spurs are one of those clubs that regularly fill their stadium to between 90-100%

So all these you showed are still 10K below capacity In London in top games

Will we have Madrid stadium having over 10k below capacity on derbies or vs Barcelona?

Not regularly though seen a lot of matches with low attendance but it's usually full when they are playing against a top side

The record attendance was 80K vs Liverpool that is still at least 10K below capacity

I don't expect Tottenham to completely fill that stadium. The only reason I said anything is cos I thought he said that they are not allowed to have more than 51k attendance and I know for a fact that Liverpool's match had 80k+ spectators.

Check out Atletico's Madrid official website.

http://en.atleticodemadrid.com/atm/features

What you quoted shows "roughly" means not exactly. Which actually supports my stand that the 68k is an approximate figure. The real figure is 67,703

Top games for Spurs= games against the likes of Man city, Man utd. These aren't derbies and are not equivalent to Real Madrid vs Athletico, or Real Madrid vs Barcelona.

The equivalent of those games would be the London Derbies like Spurs vs Arsenal or Chelsea, and if Spurs are in their own stadium the games would record almost 100% attendance..

The crux of the matter is still that a club in London the National capital cannot fill their stadium and has over 10k deficit for a top game. even in derbies
