Oakbend16: Whenever you have someone represent you, like you have done in this case, just think of it like you did it yourself. From WES point of view, you attempted to defraud them so why will they want to do business with you anymore? Why do you want to then go back to WES again? my suggestion to you is that you try a different evaluation body like ICES. I pray they are no wide spread implications apart from loosing your money and starting the process again. 4 Likes |

Ibadanboy2015:I don't think it's about your sister only but yourself as well. Don't you have a feeling you are risking your PR. I read of a guy that got deported after leaving the province that nominated him to another for work. You just stayed a year and left, I don't think this is wise. Please look well before you leap. Just my opinion. 17 Likes |

NanaF: In accordance with our stated policy, your application has been cancelled. All documents will be retained by WES and fees will not be refunded. WES will notify all the appropriate authorities. Of course, they know it’s for immigration and may have flagged the name. Best to write to WES and inform them what happened in all honesty, then commence the process again with them, so they can unflag the name after finally succeeding with assessment. If IRCC gets your ECA from ICES while already received a warning from WES, they’d likely think ICES is porous. 4 Likes |

I can only imagine how you must feel now, however please do not be deterred. Firstly, i’d advise that you apply for an EOR on your latest result immediately and that hold off on retaking the exam in the interim until you receive the results of both EORs. Finally, concerning your writing, the only reasons why I can think of for persistently coming up short is either your writing is illegible or you do not meet the required word count. I am no expert but this is my candid opinion. Good luck Silent reader and i must say, this group is loaded. I just saw my result and i cant keep quiet anymore. I'm devastated right now. I dont know what i am doing wrong o. Ielts has been holding me down since July. First three attempt is with BC. 1st attempt: LRSW 8.5/6.5/7.5/7. 2nd attempt: 7.5/6.5/7/6.5. 3rd attempt: 8/7.5/7.5/6.5. Applied for EOR this December so i'm yet to get result. Fourth attempt is with MOD 8.5/8/8/6.5. Please what should i do as i'm fed up already. ECA has been ready since September. [/quote] |

Adeyemmy24: Sounds like a new VO. I never heard of this. Good to know they are having more places to move files for faster processing. Once it's not AVO, know that they are fast. 3 Likes |

Thanks for this advise. I write very clear enough,do not murder english language and no one has ever complained about my writing. I tried to use Jays method. No exam has been this tough for me. I also write beyond 250/150 words. Right now, i'm even thinking i get penalised for writing above the word count because for task 2, i remember i wrote 294words and task 1 was 180words. I just wish they could assess my papers before me to know what i'm doing wrong. LordSneed: |

Not happy at all. 2nd attempt with IDP LRSW 7.5, 7.5, 7.5, 7.5 I am crushed right now as my listening skill is poor. 1st attempt was still 7.5 in Listening. 1 Like |

nice2: You do not get penalized for writing above 150/250 words. You may be doing something wrong. Punctuations, spelling error etc. I may be wrong. You may request for EOR or try BC’s computer-based test if you choose to rewrite. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Oakbend16: He should forget about WES and use ICES and evaluate only his foreign Master's. But if WES has reported the case to IRCC, then your brother needs to sort it out with WES bedore going further. I dont know wetin una see for WES. 4 Likes |

You might not get penalized, but the more you write, the more the possibilities for errors which will end up lowering your score, not to talk of pissing off the examiner. cc: nice2 CheesyTee: 2 Likes |

I don't think there is any cause for alarm. Files are routinely transferred to different VOs because of caseload distribution. Someone from an earlier thread got PPR from Montreal VO. Etobicoke VO normally handles refugee cases. They must have unassigned officers and so took up some EE cases. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/offices/canada-appointment-only.html#on Adeyemmy24: |

Goodday to everyone and compliments of the season to you all, please I need clarification as regards ielts identification doc. There is only January 19th 2019 date available for the month of January 2019 in my country of resident, I was unable to apply for this date because it got filled up early, i was so surprised when i saw it, now the problem i have now is that d next available date where I reside is February 9th 2019. My passport will expire 2days before the exam (February 7th). Have applied for new passport since October 2018, but the passport team that came for renewal will be coming January/February (not sure). Is it possible to register with national ID card? Has anyone done this before? Aiming my 4th attempt, biko make una help a brother. God bless you all. |
