Only the top ranking millitary heads have the power to uncover the massive corruption in the millitary under this administration. Badeh was assasinated and it is shameful that police chose to deceive the public to turn attention feom the truth. |

"It said the pending 2019 elections of a new government may prove the undoing of a significant number of generals, admirals, and air marshals “who lost the war because they concentrated solely on using the conflict as a way to boost defence budgets, which they then, to an overwhelming extent, stole.” Could this be why the APC government suddenly want 'operation python dance' conducted over the period of the elections? |

Maket: You're just talking nonsense. Where will the market for 'indigenous goods' and 'employment' exist in the absence of the state. Boko Haram threatens the existence of Nigeria as an entity. It threatens your very livelihood and the secure home you retire to at the end of your daily hustle. |

It added, “The commission investigating defence procurement from 2007 onwards made significant strides which were initially accepted by the Buhari government, until the scope of the inquiry went beyond the period relating to the former government of President Goodluck Jonathan and began to show corruption patterns extending into officers still serving under President Buhari.” Buratai, Buhari and their fellow thieves killed Alex Baden and Maj. Gen. Alkali. |

daddytime:I still remember the role he played during one of the Jos crisis, himself and the then GOC in person of Maj. Gen. Maina. The crisis was really heating hard Christians were being attacked but the both refused to send in troops to Jos metropolis. It took the intervention of the then governor Sen. Jonah Hang who himself is a retired Air Commodore to reach out to the Air force base in Jos before their men were drafted in to ensure the crisis was calmed. During the Yaradua's ill health he was among the cabals and there were sinister move for coup by this EVIL men then. |

i 've always said it, these bubu govt is the most corrupt govt, nigeria ever had, since independence, but what's more irritating about this evil govt is their posture of sainthood, that's been agresively propagated through their daily propaganda of falsehood. bubu govt officials, steal from the living, steal from the idps, steal from the dead, sacrifice the lives of our youthful soldiers, through massive corruption, in the military, bubu is aware of all these criminalities, yet he's covering them, and one zombie 'll come and tell me that bubu is a man of integrity. this govt should know that the world is watching over these absurdities in nigeria, they can only decieve nigerians but they can't decieve the international community. 1 Like |

Baden was not on the arms probe panel. Baden was infact Indicted by the panel for corruption and for taking out of money meant for the military. Please how does his killing translate to suppression of the truth? Complete and utter rubbish by people hell bent on giving the man a soft landing in death. Some idiots have even gone as far as saying Baden was killed because he was about to join Atikus campaign. Rubbish, rubbish and rubbish! All the houses he bought with illegal money are there. All the cars are there. Why on earth are some people trying to make this man a saint in death? Besides, all the members of the arms procurement panel are alive and well! Alkali and Baden were not members! Who are the stupid propagandists trying to deceive people again with crap? 2 Likes |

daddytime: That Dambazzau is a snake in green grass and is one of Buhari's pivot of Hausa/Fulani domination in appointments and government policies. Buhari is the only president that doesn't change ministers as if they were elected with him. He hides all the rot and vindictiveness in his heart with a simple facade, a fragile frame and thick eye glasses like someone who can't finish a wrap of eba, which his phonies call "integrity." |

And people think Atiku would be the solution. In the unlikely event that Atiku wins the next elections, his government would be worse than the this government. Every Commander-in-Chief in Africa needs his military top brass as they can remove him at the slightest provocation. What is contained in the report is what I suspected all along. Is it not the same military that restored peace in Sierra Leone and Liberia and became a West Africa power house? What is Boko-Haram? The military chiefs have seen that they can become rich from the Boko Haram insurgency so long as it is ongoing. Badeh's interview after he was retired alluded to high-level corruption in that military personnel were not being equipped and fighter jets were not being purchased after monies had been allocated for these. He did not absolve himself. As you can see, the problem is not Buhari, Atiku or Jonathan. The problem is we the people. Those of us shouting now, if we have a small opportunity, we would do worse things. The military has discovered how to make money, they want to exploit it to the fullest. If I were Buhari, I'd carry out a massive retirement of the top military brass (like Obasanjo did). I'd seize their properties and prosecute them. It is a gamble, but it must be done. The likely situation is that the junior soldiers would revolt against the seniors and not against the sitting government. |
