This list is somewhat biased... uniport should be in top10.

I am rating schools based on the knowledge impact, good lecturer student relationship and probably good facilities. I rate them based on judgemental sampling and observations as a result of tour and interactions with lecturers, students and visitation.
1. Covenant university
2. Babcock university
3. Landmark university
4. University of Ibadan
These four are good schools that meet up the above criteria. Others listed by op are living on bast glory because nothing dey there.
If you talk of affordability then you can go by his list if not nothing special about those schools.
