Hello guys..

I stumbled upon the piggy bank app advert on IG and when I tried registering,I started having the feeling that ..
"What if my money ends up hanging there"..
" Who will I complain too"..

My heart is too weak to carry such financial attack..

If any of you guys are using any savings app please I need opinions..I need to start saving..

Thank you..

Piggy bank is still the best. That's what I used and I've made withdrawals from it. Your money is safe. It is also regulated by CBN and NDIC.

still weighing options for now

was in stanbic on Thursday last week to find out about their Stanbic IBTC Money Market (SIMM) Fund and got to understand that it has a 12% per annum interest rate and to enjoy that, one will have a minimum of #5000 without withdrawal for 30 days.

unlike fixed deposit though the interest rate fluctuates but I was made to understand it has been stable at 12% for close to 3 weeks now

I think that's a little bit better compared to normal savings interest rate and even with the fluctuations, I'm not sure it'll go beyond that of normal savings interest rate

I might go try that out as soon as the holiday is over but I'm still open to more investment opportunities though

BTW complement of the season to you too

happy new year in 6 hours time

If you are looking for better investments, then try this

Look for people that needs financial assistance for their business most advisable your friends and family...lend them the money agreeing on a specific percentage of interest and time duration..not a huge sum oh

Get about 2 or 3 people with different businesses and a good business plan..

Let's say you give someone that sells hair in the market..hair business is good..you agree you get your money weekly for a month..your interest is there too..that's a guaranteed flow of income every week...if you can do it with 3 hair businesses, trust me that's money..

Now let's say its a bigger business than hair with a guaranteed profit...that's a big profit for you..

You might need a lawyer for this oh..smiley

-interest rate is btw 10%-15% per annum depending on your plan
It has no minimum amount you can start with as low as 100 per day/month
The system is like advance ajo expect for the fact that you may choose to accept interest in your money or not
Minimum duration depends on you, you may choose to lock your account for a year meaning you cannot withdraw untill your lock date lapse. I always lock mine for 3months in case there is urgent need to spend.

It's normal for them to have ups and downs, even big company do. Sometimes people find it hard to register, withdraw but that's why they have support and social media page. One can always reach them through support.
I have never encounter any issue with Cowrywise.
You can check @Cowrywise to follow Cowrywise on Twitter.

can you please list out the various plans and how they operate

1. Periodic plans help you save and invest daily, weekly or monthly with any amount. They can also be topped asides the regular automated payments. The minimum duration for this plan is 90 days.

2. The Life Goals plan works similarly to the periodic plan but would have to be locked up for at least a year. This plan helps you to save for your long-term financial objectives like your child's education, your wedding, a vacation, a business or even retirement.

3. With Save As You Earn, assuming you do not have a regular income, you can save and invest as the money comes. This plan is not automated like the periodic or life goal plan.

4. For Fixed deposits, you get to set aside a lump amount of cash to be locked away for a period of time. This is the only plan that cannot be topped up.

5. The Interest-Free Savings is similar to Periodic Plan except that it does not earn interest. This is particularly suitable for Muslims who do not want interest on their savings.

6. The one-time saving feature is what allows you manually save into any of your existing plans at any time at all.

You can have as many plans as possible by the way.
