40 career goals in backwater leagues with poor defensive organization.

How come he has played 8 champions league games without a goal or assist?

Onyekuru would have become one of the starters by now because their new coach like utilizing every player available to him. That would have helped his development also by playing along side Mbappe,Neymar and Cavani.

Or do you think Onyekuru can't bench Di Maria?

Go and ask world class Luis Suarez why is he yet to score in the champions league for more than a year ,if he gives you his answer I will also give you my answer seems you are trying to be sentimental

I don't see him regretting any move.

Chukwueze is a very talented, hardworking, obedient and skillful player.

When their new coach arrived, he had some doubts about his abilities which made him start Chukwueze in his first game which was the Europa league .Chukwueze proved himself by scoring in the 11th minute and winning the 'Man of the Match' in that same game.3 days later the coach started him in their la liga game where he playef for up to 82 mins.In his debut game for the Super Eagles in Asaba he combined well with Osimhen troubling the Ugandan defence coupled with his superb taking of corner-kicks.He was the best player for the 1st-Half.He turned that particular game to a one-man show.It took him just 20mins in his debut game to write his name in Rohr's AFCON list. Can't wait for Ebuehi-Chukwueze combo on the right. It will be a delight to watch.

I'm not surprised with the current offers he is getting.

Chukwueze is not a player for the bench. He will always shine in any club he signs for.

Yeah, you can only say as far as you can see.

I admire the young man's work ethic, it'd take him far, but don't forget, he's just 19, this is his first professional season in the top flight.

Villarreal is not a bad club, they play good football, he's given ample opportunity to shine, he plays in the Europa League, what else??

He has gotten himself acclimatized to the environment, i'd like him to mature more there for a little while before he leaves.

And who said Chukwueze cannot be benched? We've seen Dessers despite his goal scoring abilities dropped to the bench repeatedly. So forget talk.

Turning the Ugandan game to a 1-man show? Puullease, that's not a truthful representation of what happened that day. He had a nice game, and that's just about it.

It could go either ways for him.

Stop bringing a playing down who is getting goals okay .
You are the one who brought Onyekuru into this argument.

This shows you know little about Onyekuru.Onyekuru is not average, he is competitive ,can bounce back, hardworking, but not obedient.
He is not average. He can bench Di Maria with time.He just needs to leave all these backwater leagues to develop.

The same backwater leagues that stalled the development of Omeruo.

That's my biggest fear. The truth is most of these big clubs gunning for him have no immediate first-team plans for him. They will sign him and then ship him off on loan after loan until he fizzles into obscurity. I doubt if a team like Real Madrid for instance will give Chukwueze an immediate chance to fight for a shirt with the likes of Bale and Asensio.

I would advise him to remain at Villareal for at least one more season to establish his reputation properly before moving to a big team. Maybe they will respect him more then.

Namaste!!

Onyekuru is an average player

Average player doesn't mean someone is a bad player .

If omeruo was good in the championship I am not sure if he will lack Epl team even if it's the bottom team

Onyekuru is 21 so give him a break and he is an Everton player ,framed out on loan due to work permit issue

Onyekuru can make Everton team ,because I don't think Bernard is better than him

Like I said b4 u know little about him.

He just needs to leave Turkey and Belgium for a better league to develop.

Omeruo would have developed better if all those his loan moves were in mid-table french,Italian or Spanish league.

As a player you need to be
ambitious.
Desserts was doing well in Belgium
(backwater league) but when he
joined Utretcht in the Dutch
Eredivisie, he became an Orji
Okonkwo type of player(players that
score when they come-off from the
bench as sub but won't score when
they start).
Chukwueze was the best player in
the 1st-half.You can re-watch the
game. Most of our attacks that day
came from him and his combination
with Osimhen.They threatened and
gave the Ugandan defenders tough
time.In one occassion he nearly got
an assist but Musa was adjudged
to be off-side.After Chukwueze and
Osimhen were hurled off after first-
half, we never seemed to threaten
them again like the 1st-half, bar
Kalu.

Onyekuru is not average, Valencia and particularly PSG wouldn't have shown interests if he were. It is the too much expectation placed on him that makes him look like he is average (blindfolds of sentiments) Aside that, I have personally seen his football, that guy's ability to score from a long range, gives me sensations of bliss.

Which 4-4-2? For which club? Di Maria plays in a 4-3-3 formation with Mbappe-Cavani-Neymar as the forward line. When Neymar drops deep Di Maria covers that spot. Then Verrati and whoever else gets the nod completes the midfield triangle. So how exactly is Onyekuru going to bench their midfielder? And how is Onyekuru going to bench Di Maria? See eh, if you go to PSG he has to deal with Neymar and Mbappe and he definitely will not bench either of them at all

This players are professionals, if he believes he can displace a particular starter in a top club why the "wait"?

It's not a must that he must play a full season before leaving.

A player who had a Man of the Match performance for the SEs in his debut game , bossed things in the 1st 20 mins against Barca till they paid attention to him.

I could recall one Barca site praising Jordi Alba for keeping Chukwueze quiet and included that he didn't move forward because of Chukwueze and when he(Alba) moved forward his crosses were poor.

If he gets an offer from a club where he can displace the player in his position, I advice him to move.Delay can be dangerous.

You are being way too emotive and you can no longer be objective.

A player who has not yet completed a full season of professional football.

Very premature.

PSG played 4-4-2 in their last 2 champions league games against Liverpool and FK Crvena Zvezda with Di Maria as RMF.

Their coach likes playing with all the talents available to him.

He has the skills, but most importantly, he has the ambition. Speaking on his duel with Alves, he has been studying how Ronaldo tries to get past Alves, a defender he is going to be up and against, watching some of the clips, the night before, he suddenly stopped and came to the realization that he can do it his own way. This story tells you what you really need to know about Onyekuru. His rate of recovery from injury, and the relative ease at which he adapts himself to new enviroments before putting up his wherewithals on grand display, shows how much of an ambitious player he is. To me this is class.

Di Maria plays in the midfield as you have said ,but on a normal day di Maria is also a winger, they have to accommodate mbappe in his position

Even if di Maria is their winger onyekuru can't bench him ,I have not even talk of Julian draxler .
