We all go through depression in different ways and circumstances. You might be lucky to have friends and family to cheer you up and save you, so don't judge others that don't have that privilege and just end it.

a good analogy is: assume you have a constant headache and this constant headache happens everyday. I bet you can't go on with it for a month. You just want this pain to go and most time people choose to end their life just to relieve themselves from the pain they are going through. Depression is time bomb, we should always look out for loved ones and not just assume they are fine.

The rise of suicide is getting alarming.

And NO. it's not just for those that are in extreme pains and suffering... Even those that are seemingly happy and easy going. You don't know whats going on in the bellies of lizards.

Depression is a disease and can affect ANYBODY. but it's 2019 and Nigerians are yet to identify this serious problem.

Nigerians used to cherish life no matter how difficult or depressed they were. Now, all that has changed. People are committing suicide like their lives didn't matter anymore. It's high time the Nigerian government banned the sales of Sniper because that chemical has become the chemical of choice for quick suicides.
