We all go through depression in different ways and circumstances. You might be lucky to have friends and family to cheer you up and save you, so don't judge others that don't have that privilege and just end it.

a good analogy is: assume you have a constant headache and this constant headache happens everyday. I bet you can't go on with it for a month. You just want this pain to go and most time people choose to end their life just to relieve themselves from the pain they are going through. Depression is time bomb, we should always look out for loved ones and not just assume they are fine.

God bless you........ive been practicing this habit of just loading my phone's with airtime and just call friends and relatives to just say " how far na,long time,hope u good,e don tey o,we go see soon ,hala me o ,I dey miss una o" ....you know why? a lot of people are so depressed that even all those GIF for new year,are deleted from their whatsapps even before reading it.....People are going thru a lot ,and all they need is someone to tell them, everything will be fine.
