Can we all focus on why we are here than all these back and forth diatribe about who was banned and why? I have also observed that most questions being asked now were already answered in few back pages. Does this imply that people are not making effort to read up previous pages anymore before jumping to ask questions? Nobody will baby sit anyone through this process if you don't help yourself by going through previous pages. You log on here and you meet 5, 6 new pages all littered with previously answered questions. 5 Likes |

Dear Gurus, I've read so much here but still not clear with our case, when i saw some have done exams more than 3xs and to a good point of 7 and above scores. My Q goes thus, my wife and I scores on first attempt L6.5, S6.0, R6.5 and W6.5 mine are L5.0, S6.0, R5.0 and W6.0. When i checked the eligibility stuff, its gave me a reference number to enter the pool but i've not followed up without coming on here to ask the gurus some Qs. Are we good to go or we should try and up our scores respectively...? Meanwhile, my wife has done her ECA but i've not done mine, if we are good to enter the pool can she stand and the principla because her scores is more than mine. She doesn't have company account even though her company is registered for the past 8yrs she's into media profession. I'm also the CEO of my registered company as well who into a lot of things with company account which has a huge amount in there also make transaction to multinational companies i deal with tokunbos importation as well as farmer. Pls i need your advice sirs and mas. |

mizGene: I think the decision to ban or otherwise is usually left to moderators and super-moderators. I think Justwise moderates the travel section. I am not sure if anyone on this thread has that power. I might be wrong though. If he or she hadn't kept using abusive words, that 'gang up' you talked about wouldn't have happened. Most people that commented only tried to correct him. Besides Ifeoma77 apologised already. I doubt if he or she even acknowledged the apology. That said, I would report anyone who insults my parents on this forum. Nairaland has rules. The only thing I don't understand here is the 'account removal'. I didn't even know that was possible. A ban would have sufficed in my opinion. 7 Likes |

I had to pay N3000 for WES verification from College of Medicine. I guess it should be the same thing with Akoka. Gshun: |

Hello Guys, I have two issues Firstly, I have an overlap of the date I put as my day of completion of my second degree, and my date of travel; I travelled at some point "äfter" my second degree. This is exactly what happened. I finished my second degree - lectures, exams and all - in March of 2017, but results were not approved until November of 2017 and my certificate says Nov 2017 so I put November 2017 as the day I completed my second degree. Unfortunately, along the line, June 2017 to be precise, I travelled out so my passport has a stamp of June 2017. Now I am trying to reconcile my personal history and there is this overlap. Do you guys think a LOE is enough to clarify this? Secondly, my date of travel is June 2017, but I accidently filled July pre-ITA so I have correctly filled June in my post-ITA form. Is a LOE also enough to clarify this? Thanks guys. |

I believe LOEs should be adequate in both cases. In this scenario, you may also add the stamped visa pages of your passport when uploading your passport biodata page. dives: 1 Like |

Influential101: tie breaker rule means those that entered the pool earlier where selected right? that means its safer to be at least a point above the cut off. |

I had plans to start my ECA next week with pebc. I went to collect my university certificate today and I was told it wasn't ready yet and I have to wait till April to get it. I don't know if I can use statement of result in place of the certificate. I went through the old threads and saw some people used their statement of results for their ECA, but that was for WES. Please advise. |

[quote author=kfrosh post=74390818]Please I will like to know if any graduate from covenant has used the email verification of transcript. Wanna know if it's safe to use email to send certificate and transcript or it's better to go the hard copy route. Check my earlier post, please do not waste your time and money! The school demanded that I pay for another transcript cos the seal was removed to scan and send through e-mail. I wasted three weeks and still had to pay twice. However, you can try it and if it works, others will learn from you. |

joo2018: Thanks and please let me quickly ask a quick question on two things that are bothering me. 1. I only filled my Msc in my profile since it is the only one I did eca and claiming points for. I didn't add my other educational certificates cos I intend to put it in my personal history. 2. I input only my ppa instead of NYSC or typing both my ppa and NYSC (in bracket) as employer. I've been considering whether to withdraw my profile and resubmit another self, cos I don't want CIC Wahala. |

funshobabs: You should register for another IELTS sharperly. This time practice all sections very well. There's a tendency to practice only reading and writing because you aced listening this time. Creating profile is simple.. Just go to CIC site....... 1 Like |
