I once worked as a teacher in one of the big schools in Ibaadn as at 2017, but after a false accusation I was laid off without any compensation. My salary for that month wasn't paid, likewise the advance payment for being laid off. I was checked out of the school compound around 9:30pm but I don't want to go into stories.

Now, the main issue is that I've sent the school some mails reminding them of the money but they ignored all the mails at first. However, I recently sent another email which they replied and asked for my bank account details.

It's been more than a month now and I am yet to recieve any money from the school after sending my bank account details to them. I have tried to reach the school management but they have ignored all my mails.
Note: I can only reach the school via email and it's been more than thirteen months that I got laid off.

I want matured minds to comment but lawyers and people with similar experience are most welcome.

You should threaten the school with court action. Get a lawyer to draft a letter to the school
