Here we go again undecided

There is no proof he is truly 19. This is Africa.

Also we never learn. A player has barely played a full season we are over hyping him.
Where has all the hype gotten Iheanacho?
Maybe I have to pull up all the hypes on Nacho on this same thread just a few years back.

Media should allow Samu concentrate. He is still developing.

a mid table PL club or even in serie A can still make do with him

I saw the almighty world class Marcelo arguably the best left back look confused, I saw Samu dispossess Marcelo with ease....

I saw the legend of Madrid, Sergio Ramos come support Marcelo to tame Samu.... As if this wasn't enough there was a point when it was Marcelo, Ramos and Casmiero all on him at the same time..

He is getting there, Samu is gradually getting ready to be next big deal in Laliga...

I only wish he remains in Villarreal for a season more..

I also noticed something about Villarreal and Nigerian players... They adapt easily there, when looking at a player like ike Uche.

Serial "A" especially.
The pace of the EPL may actually have it's toll on him.

Thank you for that part you said he should remain for a season

We have not had much Nigeria player in Villarreal ,who go flop go flop

Ikechukwu uche is good, chukwueze is good .

This is the pix of a 16years old Chukwueze.

Since you people judge based only on looks. Tell me this kid looks 22-23 here.

Well, all Nigerian players in Europe at the moment are average at best. Painful truth.

I made this post 22 Dec 2017, and my views are still same.

What's the argument in Nigeria being an average team, if we're entirely being truthful??

That doesn't mean we're the worst team in the world, average players are capable of doing extraordinary things every now and then, but their inconsistency becomes their bane.

There is still a player in Iheanacho. He just lacks the confidence and the determination, he once had. I don't know what can help him regain that confidence/passion though. Maybe a psychologist.

He needs to lose some weight too.

I don't think he is 19.But he is very young.

I recall a moniker here once said Chukwueze was hired as a mercenary to play against their school team and that day he disgraced him(the moniker) who before then was known as Marcelo.

Iheanacho is a player who thrives in a team that plays attacking football with quality wingers and mid-fielders.

I suggest he moves to a top table team in Europe.

So how does that imply he is older than his age he claims?

Do you know that Emmanuel Amuneke was smuggled into my school's Junior team, due to his small size, in the late 80s. Emma was born in 1970. And that was the age he used all through his Football career.

So Chukwueze could have been used as a Machinery at the school level but that doesn't mean he would falsify his age in the real Football world.

Well I taught during my NYSC (infact I coached the football team) and I know what boys within the age grade of 16 look like.

By my experience, I tell you the boy looks around 19 in that pics.
And as such should be around 22 - 23 presently.

The boy does truly look young, no doubt, and will be around for a long time but I highly doubt he's true age is 19.

and as for chukwueze,Mr kellycute I saw ur message, d guy played well and he is still growing,I dont knw what else u want us to say aside dt,dis guy hasn't even played or achieved 1/10th of what nacho did at man city, so I dont knw d unnecessary attention he gets here, dis support my earlier stand DT we re really suffering from dearth of top talents in Nigeria football if dis is what we can term as best at d moment. Anyway its our own, let's shout his name to d rooftop grin grin grin grin
see you, you intentionally praised nacho past exploit for city just to soften my hammer.. hahaha.e nor work. Y’all gat nothing on world class Chukwueze.. Infact I don comot the prospect. He is a world class player.. deal with it. You nor see how the ball dey gum for his left leg just like Messi? Kai!! See how he jus dey disgrace Marcelo and the whole of Real Madrid defence.. e be like say Naim
Carry them come pitch. I know say my statement nor go let you sleep well especially that komekn. Y’all should deal with it. When they thought they have finally silence my voice and support for nacho, there cometh a young baller by name Samu the tormentor of Marcelo, Infact Marcelo exchanged Jersey with samu. Deal with it.

I think some aspects of his game have not been improved on;

1st touch and ability to take on players one in one.

Infact he seems to have lost the play-maker ability he exhibited during his U17 days.

I think he's not improving and that's the problem.

Yes he still has a player in him but let's be sincere, his development has stalled in the last 2+years.

As the days go by he is looking more like one of those players that peaked at 20/21 and struggled ever after.

His is not an issue of confidence or passion. His has to do more with abilities. Having the ability boosts one's confidence. He looks lost for most of the recent games he has been playing.

All these talk about Leicester system not fitting to his doesn't hold water to me. At least he has stayed long enough in the club to have embibed that system by now.

This was a player many had so much believe in. He has obviously broken the hearts of his favorite fans that defending him has become more and more difficult by the days.
