You're still coming off as a speculator, more so speculating based on picture

But then, its your parade.

And I don't know if these people forget easily or just chose to blank out certain aspects of their memories.

Were these not the same boys that we saw pass through the MRI and we hailed the team of being geniunly U17 and yet gave us victory.

I am not surprised. Most of them didn't know Chukwueze from the start

I've always believed the MRI to be 98% efficient till I heard of Uzoho's marriage ,coupled with the fact that his team mates(SE) use his age to mock him.

I dont defend the ones I dont know especially that 2013 set. Habib Makanjoula was a team mate and a very good friend of my bros then in Lag. My bros left sec skul in 2011 while Habib was supposed to leave a year before. Bkus he had his uncle, he moved to the UK, and was recommended for the Manu led team with the age tag of 14. My bros graduated from the uni in 2017 aged 25 while Habib is still is still 20.

This is the pix of a 16years old Chukwueze.

Since you people judge based only on looks. Tell me this kid looks 22-23 here.

I showed this picture to my mum who is a veteran immigration officer and asked her to guess the guy's age. She insists Chukwueze was nothing less than 24 years old at the time this picture was taken.

Let's just let sleeping dogs lie.

immigration officer?

That is now a qualification to guess age?

Did you also show her Rooney and Robben's pictures during their younger days, so she can guess their ages?

You are right, let sleeping dogs lie. Someone who has seen the guy in person and played with him has confirmed he is a kid, but we should take an immigration officer's word over this person.

Make the matter rest if una no get talk.

Last season Crotone got a new coach who decided to give Simy playing time.Simy finished last season with Six goals in his last 8 games in the Series A, but that was not enough to save his team from relegation. He made the WC list but didn't receive offers from top clubs. He is now in Serie B and is being ignored by the national team.

Chukwueze should move if he gets an offer from a better club.To remain in a relegation threatened club when you are opportuned to have offers from better clubs is a big gamble.

When last did we produce a world class player?

These are the factors that hinder us.

We should stop pretending we have gotten it right.

We are shooting ourselves in the foot and hindering genuine young talents who need the opportunity.

That is my point.
I'm not disputing your point. My only problem is your assertion that there is no proof he is truly 19. He doesn't have to prove that.

Moving january is bad, Villareal will not be relegated

Dont compare chukwueze case to simmy

We are talking about a young talent here

La liga is just 17 games and you are talking about villareal being relegated , mind you villareal is one of the big teams in spain, they started so poorly last season and they still ended up with a europa league spot

You guys are talking as if villareal is in the position of chievo is seria A

Its only 6 point gaps between 17th place Villarreal and 8th place valencia so whats the fuss about all this relegation talk

One of his goals was a bicycle kick against Juventus to tell you how high his confidence was last season.

Bless up bro.

I told them I worked with these age grades for a year at NYSC and can tell what they look like.

A certain fellow was telling me 16 year olds kids in Agege look different from those in Ifako.

I almost spilled my drink laughing. grin

I supposed 16 year old kids in Lokoja have grey hair. grin

By virtue of statistics, the more you work with certain samples for certain periods the better your judgement.

But they don't know that. So it's best to just let some things slide. grin

Even with Chukwueze Villarreal has been drawing with lesser teams and losing to big and mid-table teams.

Villarreal tend to concede goals easily. They even drew with SD Huesca and lost to Celta Vigo at home. What if the coach changes to a formation that requires a Samuel Kalu type of winger?

So your assessment is based totally on his looks? Then if that is all and you don't have other factors like his height when he was 14 and his height now or something else then it is false. I remember attending my childhood friend's wedding, that too when I was still barely 24, all my attempt to convince them that the bride was my mate together with the ashebis fell on deaf ears, they maintained that she was 32 at least while I was 28, facial appearances can be quite deceiving

It matters. There is so much hype but you can only raise your game when you are truly young.

If you are 25 fronting as 19 then you just may be at the peak of your game already.

Deceiving for a novice not for a professional.

Lol it is either the woman said that to get rid of the unwarranted disturbance, or she doesn't know her onions. Maybe the woman never did biology and if she did, she was a bad biology student, otherwise, she would have come across the topic "adaptation'', adaptive features, acquirred traits etc. Did u know that two identical twins who grow separately in different regions of the country, dont look same age due to different variables? If she knew this, she wouldn't have made such conclusion. Sorry to say to say this

Did they play like a team battling relegation? No. But the table is saying other wise.

1 game alone cannot determine where u end up in the league.

Lol you need to realise that it is not rocket science. It is before your own eyes that the whole thing looks ambiguous simply because you are not trained in that line.

His mum is a professional and would have developed a sound judgement over related issues.

If she tells you someone is 24, you best think twice or thrice before you doubt.

Same way a doctor looks at woman and tells her "You are pregnant ". Disregard him at her own peril.
