For geo domainers, reduce your risk and increase your chances of selling by going for cities with at least a population of 100k. Another good point is, when searching your keywords on search engines for end users, the presence of adverts in your search results is a good sign. Nothing is cast in iron though. Just my 2kobo.

@ those clamouring for parking, parking is dead. This thread is solely for flipping and not parking. You can't be rich parking domains, but with selling domains it is possible.

With the population of Maine I think it should sell, might take time but it should.
Utahtoken: good geo domain. Token, coin, are nice keywords and related to payment..so target payment companies.
Just do some good outbounding, list them, setup landing pages with prices in the range of low-$$$.

It's advisable to target 10+ leads especially when you're just starting out.
