Boss i didnt say i was a guru. I have said it countless times that i am a newbie. Check my previous posts. Concerning the name, i kinda noticied that crypto keywords especially 2 letters sales no matter what. It might take time actually.
I will recheck my card again and get it. Just thought someone might buy the idea.

1. I just observed that some keywords like real estate, finance, crypto, designs etc sell for big benjamins.
2. Facebook and twitter are gold mines for outbounding but most people dont really know because they are too concerned with the search engines, forgeting that what they are searching for in America is is in Amelica.
I have 3 companies who said they will contact me soonest via facebook pages for a domain but i dont even know how soon. That was 2 days ago, after nextweek i will follow them up with another reply.
3. For some people who sent out outbound letters to Companies without response after 2 days. My assumption is that maybe they saw your letter but are about discussing it in their meetings.
The Ceo cant just buy anything without informing his Board of Directors and scrutinizing the said domain with his Members of the Round Table.
So if you send sales letter, chill for a week and resend a follow up If you gats no reply.
But if after 1 month and you neva get reply, my bloda the music don enter Joromi
4. One good rule of the thumb is 1 sales letter for 1 email. If you send in bulk and you go to buy akara only to get your akara balls wrapped with your sales letter dont come here and say i didnt warn you.
5. For all those using Expirednames.com to check traffic, monthly searches etc just be assured that your VP <Village People> are dancing shaku shaku with your money.
I was busy checking domain name searches via that site and blindly registered this crap nature313.com for my cool 1 dollar. Expired domains showed 1.4m monthly searches, cpc of like $1 and other enticing made up numbers, Only to discover to my horror that godaddy rated it less than $100. Even domainindex.com was like " Guy you dey use your head at all when u dey register domain? " when i entered that piece of shiit up there for appraisals.
So make sure you use godaddy, estibot, domainindex, trademarkia etc to scrutinize your prospecting domain name before registering, i dont want others to make same silly mistake i made twice.

I got a reply from a potential buyer, a lady, she said she wanted the domain but didn't hear from her, only to receive a mail from afternic yesterday dt de verified payment for the domain, but they charge sha $60 commission for a domain sold $300 even though the transaction is yet to be concluded, today the lady submitted her offer of $250 via undeveloped, I'm feeling for her now. What should I do guys? Its a geo domain for wedding rentals
