it goes beyond the usual disagreements we have on Ehailing, there is a particular demon, that only shows him self when a matter concerning Gazzuzz is tabled, this demon has been on my matter since the days of ogunvic41 and romeo3, he behaves like I killed his uncle, meanwhile it was frustration that killed his uncle, this particular demon does not live in nigeria, if you ask me where he lives my response will be " DO I know?" Thank you very much.

As usual he will soon identify him self, as usual he has contributed nothing to this thread from day 1 apart from attacking me.

With due respect sir, if you charge 20k for inspection, you should do more than advice

As always, I have no stake in this argument but this is just false. He can charge 1m for an inspection but the only thing he's obligated to do is, you know, inspect the car. Nothing else. If he tells the client a fine price, that's out of his own good heart. He's a technician, not a valuation expert. His fees don't change that fact.

Who is Scot?

What's his/her Nairaland Moniker?

Let Scot come out to talk him own side of the story.

Dragging matters, trying to prove point, defending our stands and using the current situation to attack, attempting to drag other people reputation in the mud isn't good for anybody.

Because we have unsettled beef in the past shouldn't make us all loss focus on the main objective of the thread.

We all can not always agree but we all need to be mindful and respectful of other people decision.

Reputation is Money, Reputation is Business, Reputation is Perception, Reputation online is everything.

Make Scot come talk wetin really happened?

Almost 10 hours after, Scott has not show up at this court of public opinion.

Where during this period, the "Defence Attorney", "Prosecutor Attorney", "Witnesses" and some "Member of the Jury" have turn the case to a "Civil War".

If the "Buyer" couldn't come forth to testify and give account of what happened before, during and after buying the car, all these back and forth between different parties here is just a "Total Waste of Time, Energy, Resources and Usefulness".

All evidence provided to proof your case beyond reasonable doubts and all counter-evidence to proof underwise is really childish and "Total Disrespect" to the buyer.

You all are violating the "Privacy" of the Buyer who is yet to come forward to present his case. He trusted you all and "YOU ALL HAVE FAILED HIM".

If he entrusted you with information, he shared the information with you in 'private' because he trusted you, using such information without his prior approval or consent "publicly" to proof a case which he (Scott) didn't start or currently involved in on Nairaland is not too good for all parties.

To the judges, in the spirit of fairness, you need to let go of emotions and sentiments, how can you judge a case when both parties haven't presented their case. The buyer is yet to come forth with his side of the story and you have delivered your judgement, haba fear GOD.

Taking sides in these situation is extremely childish. If the buyer refuse to come forward to tell us his side of the story, all parties who have been disturbing our peace since yesterday owe us ALL on this thread a "Sincere Apology" for derailing this thread.

Every sellers, service provider have the right to set whatever price they think their products or services commands, if as a buyer you feel it's on high side, there is something called "Negotiation or Bargaining".

Except the seller or service provider hold a gun to your head, you have all the right to walk away.

If Scott, didn't say anything on this matter, please guys allow him have a peaceful, productive, fruitful and successful 2019.

Change topic, if you have unsettled beef, come forward with your personal or individual case, stop invading Scott privacy on Nairaland.

Have a productive Sunday ahead.

It’s a ‘No case submission’..and the case has been struck out...due to the inability of the plaintiff to appear before the court of law...the hearsay evidence has been found wanting..it lacks concrete proof...Hence, the defendants are hereby.....
