Unless you live in ikorodu I'm wondering how that happened so quick. Push Down the car severally, does it bounce? It's almost impossible to explain this.

Lol... I live in Portharcourt and travel around the eastern southern states though not often...

Thanks for the feedback, I will do what u’ve said...

From other tyres. This is the other rear.

How can i get 265/75 R15
Or 265/70/R15

Whats the cost of 16" rims
.
Do you wanna change the rim to rim 16 or you wanna buy new tyres for your old rim?

timing is not set right.
this issue came up with a Toyota Corolla 2012 model with 3zr engine.... the car was brought for repair and the mechanics found out that the valves were badly bent to extent some valves weren’t able to come out. They replaced the cylinder head with Tokumbor that came with valves... after installing it, they setted the timing they started the engine and there was this growling noise when they depress the accelerator pedal and they noticed 3&4 wasn’t firing properly... they looses it again and regrinded the valve cox the valves on cyl 3&4 wasn’t sitting properly... After that they called another another mechanic to help set the timing chain, the guy did set it (dunno if it was correct or not tho) but after setting it the car sounded much Berra at a start the mechanics drove it for 20mins car was fine.. customer took car home and found out it doesn’t accelerate even when you depress d pedal all the way to the ground ( won’t exceed 0-25mph)... Chief gazzzuzz could this be caused by wrong timing? Car has a rattling sounds now ... The mechanic is telling the customer that he has to cut the crankshaft , I wasn’t comfortable when I had that suggestion Tho I don’t know if they cut crankshaft or not but I know something isn’t right with that suggestion....

If you are replacing your rims from rim 15-16 then you have to go for a low profile tire( i.e a little inch less in sidewalk height than the previous tyre on the 15 rim) for example 255/65R16 would be fine for your truck as well

Hello. I have a problem with my Honda Civic 2004. While driving this night, the car abruptly came to a halt and turned off. I started it again and the green Keylight sign on the dash won't stop flashing. Car drives very slowly. D, D2 and D3 indicators won't show up when gear is engaged in respective modes (all others R, P and N, work fine).
Also, the throttle (RPM), Fuel and Temperature gauges stopped functioning once this problem started this evening.

Had the same issue 3 months ago and they said I had to replace the brain box which I did at high cost.
I've tried checking online for solutions but what I keep seeing is people complaining that theirs won't start while in my case, the car starts (although a slow speed).

I'll appreciate the help. Thanks.

I was actually thinking bigger like 285. It can hand it. Currently my smallest is 265/70 R15 not so bad as well

Good morning Gazzuzz, after driving for like 2km, the temperature light comes on. When it does I’d turn off the car then start it, then it goes off. What do I do to treat it. Kia Cerato 09

Good day guys.
I used my mum's Honda CRV to travel to the village this week. I first noticed that it doesn't accelerate off the block as it ought to and secondly, when climbing hills (Benin - Agbor road) I also noticed the speed will just drop to a crawling rate to the fact that even 18 wheelers will be blowing horn for me. But as soon as I climb the hill, boom, it will pick up speed.

Took it to the mechanic, he said its the break callipers. But am wondering how calipers could be responsible for such as it's making any noise at all.
Guys please what could be the cause. Could it be fuel related, like fuel pump or nozzles because I used almost a full tank for a journey that's less than 200km.

Good evening and compliment of the season to everyone

Kudos to all the professionals in the house most especially the great Gazzuzz

I have a quick enquiry to make about my Lexus ES 350 2007 model

I bought the car as a tokunbo and everything is working perfectly except one thing, whenever I paired my phone device to make calls, I noticed that neither the speaker or the audio work. The call functions work perfectly I can dial number or answer call via the dashboard except that I won’t hear what the caller is saying and neither will the caller hear me as well

Someone should please assist

The Top 5 Causes of a Car Struggling While Going Uphill
Below are the top 5 causes of a car struggling while going uphill.

(1)Bad Fuel Filter – You can’t have a good working engine without fresh pure gasoline flowing into it at all times. If you don’t have a good fuel filter to prevent the impurities of the fuel from flowing into the engine, then it could ultimately jeopardize the performance of your engine.

(2)Clogged Exhaust Filters – The catalyst converter and the muffler serve as filters for the exhaust pipe. The muffler reduces the noise from the exhaust and the catalyst converter reduces the exhaust pollution. If either one of these filters got clogged, it would limit the engine’s power and ability to accelerate. You may be able to drive slow on flat roads but once you get to an uphill road, you likely won’t be going anywhere.

(3)Clogged Air Filter – As much as the internal combustion chamber needs clean fuel, it also needs clean air to be mixed together with it to keep the engine powerful. If you were to have a clogged air filter that wasn’t able to prevent impurities like debris and bugs from getting into the internal combustion chamber, then these impurities could end up damaging the engine. It is important to have a clean air filter that is not clogged so air can continue to pass through the filter and enter the chamber without the impurities in it. Otherwise, the engine will never be powerful enough to make it up a hill.

(4)Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor – The Camshaft Position Sensor calculates the camshaft speed and transmits this information to the electronic control module. That way, the engine control module can manage the ignition timing and fuel injection timing properly. But if you were to have a faulty camshaft position sensor, then the timing on these two would be off. This would limit the engine’s power considerably and certainly make it harder to drive the vehicle up a hill.

(5)Low Cylinder Compression – Having high cylinder compression is critical for giving the engine enough power to get the vehicle up a hill. Once you start experiencing low cylinder compression, your vehicle will always be struggling on an incline because the engine power won’t be strong enough to push it up there.

the prices for an engine rebuild are ridiculously cheap. You should replace the mechanic.

Check if you still have a functioning air flow sensor
