Let me say this for the last time. I have no issue for whatever amount Gazzus charge for inspection. My problem with him is that he felt that he shouldn't be part of the bargaining process knowing fully well his client have little Knowledge about that.

There is no other side of the story to expect sef. Gazzus didn't deny he charged for inspection and didn't negotiate price for his client.

ohhhhh jah,

bless them in the morning.

I see them happily smilling
and eating up the bread of sorrows,
they eating up the bread of sorroooows,
eating up the bread of sorrows.

Many are called, but few are choosen.
So look for the wolves my brothers
dressed up in sheep clothings.

Much more you will learn,
the longer you live.

so do jah my brothers,
and you will never get hurt.

I am glad you finally spoke ... does who called ur Kia rio dead are the ones who claim to be closer to you.

My narratives or bizness approach remains mine not every one will like it. The funny thing is I always discuss any bizness approach with all guys who drive on my fleet and i still discussed them with u. It's not about how much u are making that affects my decision. Even with my business approach, I never charged any one on my fleet a maintenance or repair charge.

Calling me names doesn't change the fact that you were one of my best drivers who I was glad to work with. U don't owe me any rental fee but always say it the way it is...U said urself that u don't expect to drive for someone within a certain time frame and u will love to own ur own car...my taking of my vehicle was a bizness decision based on certain bizness related adnormalies e.g. U always telling me when you will credit ur delivery as ur own convenience.

I am a bizness minded individual ... my ways may nt suit many so deal with that.

What is Sacrosanct about e-hailing which many still fail to realize and keep in mind is that it was not designed with weekly rental payments in mind at best maybe HP and even the HP of very fair repayment not the cut throat rates that many HP come along with today. It is for Driver partners who after two years hopefully can change their card because a 2 year vehicle on Uber full time will become dead in no time...
E-hailing is here to stay because for as long as the regular taxi cannot meet the standard of an average uber/taxify people would keep turning to them and abandon the yellow fellows...however as more drivers join the platform I see rentals going even lower to 15/20k weekly because December rush is over, we are back to Reality..

The man as a business and the man as a person are two different things.

The man as a business holds and treats every object that comes his way as a Business venture or opportunity. So if u owe the man in business 2k, he seems it his right to collect regardless of what u say. The man in business is there for profit and to profit from his skill sets he has to be determined, ruthless to an extent and provides his skill set at a fee he only determines and delivers such skill accurately. Note the man in business will ONLY deliver that skill set he was called upon to do.

while

The man as a person drives in between sentiments to achieve a need based on empathy. He shares the feelings of others, that's what drives him. The man in person always seek things on easy grounds. Sometimes he just talks without providing a solution other times he has d solution but keeps it to himself. He thinks about the actions of the man as a business and can't comprehend why he charges a fee... Bros, nothing is free when u are the man as a business.

whilst we shout n complain, always try to see apples for what they are ... just apples... calling someone names when you don't know about the person or u think that person actions is based on urs is just lame.

Las Las every one is out here to share ideas and progress... not to compete..

When two or more people say something about you that needs to be corrected, then there may be a pinch of truth in it at least.

Being rude doesn't make anyone a champion.

I didn't want to comment on this issue, but what you did was wrong, u fvckEd up big time, collecting ur car for common 2k is not d problem but involving your self in the poor man's life shows you are happy things went AWOL for him, you have no right to call his car DEAD KIA RIO, or even call him stubborn for trying to get his own car,,. Stay out of his life you cunning man and stop trying to justify your actions

1. I didn't collect my car because of 2k.. to correct this thought process is going to easy ... I collected my vehicle because we kept having arguments on delivery payment when due ... and after I collected my vehicle we were still in good rapport, we still chop amala yahoo together and it was that period we went about looking for a vehicle to purchase for him. Bros, 2k will not be the reason I collect any vehicle from any one on my fleet

2. I didn't not call his rio dead, but quoted his dear friend who said gazzuz n I sold him a DEAD Kia rio ...

Bros, when u read, understand the little details .. it makes judgement better

I still have people on this thread who have and still drive on my fleet ....
