Peter is the business guy, while Mathew is the site supervisor and team leader. Peter was also a tiler but old age got to him.. but they both run the business together for years. Very good team.
May be you should wait for him (Peter).. or Mathew can also handle everything.

Which is ideal depends on the purpose of structure.

Solely depends on architectural specifications and the required (headroom)for each kind of structure.

My recent FUNAAB hostel was 4 coaches after lintel because of the ceiling fan and bonk bed used. students will climb the bed and we don't want casualties.

N:B headroom is the vertical distance between the ceiling and the floor.
