sadly at this point you wish you could take it all back, I feel your pain. You learned a valuable lesson today, don't dabble into things you have no knowledge of. You will be fine, by tomorrow we would have ended this series of exchanges, I will be remembered as the mechanic who charges 20k to inspect vehicles, but you will be remembered too, sadly the memories will not be too friendly.

Lol.. No regret for whatever action or post i have online.

So your opinion doesn't matter. Like seriously you need to visit pharmacy shop nearby because you have not been able to sleep in last 24hrs.

In fairytale land, you can be anything you want to be.

I dare you post your contacts.

And what exactly does this prove? Oh wait, I know, it proves you're very dumb. Opening a new account on nairaland is as easy as breathing air. Hell, I could open 20 new accounts just now, but does that mean I am new here? And as far as this goes "In fairytale land, you can be anything you want to be", that's your problem, because i'm a grown-ass man, mentally, physically, academically, philosophically, culturally, politically, and at my age, learning, experience, service and exposure, I don't owe your generations any proof or explanation. And as for the dare, be careful with your dares because you're very easy to find. Oh btw, you've aroused my curiousity now. And i'm just curious as to when last you got a visit from the Ministry of Environment at your workshop; curious whether you have a license to import lubricants in large quantities; curious as to whether you have NAFDAC and SON approval on your items; curious about your tax returns. This is APC electioneering season and I'm quite busy with campaign obligations as a federal appointee. But not to worry, till I have your time. Enjoy yourself for now, you and your gang of lobotomized minions................

you were all wondering why a man will sell his car and be looking for rental, it is because he is chasing after people's wife's up and Dan. Uncle you need to repent and focus on what is important in life, not chasing gazzuzz.

Come meet me in the workshop monday I will pray for you and give your life a new meaning, I might even get you a good car on Rental if you promise to leave single mums alone.

Hello, I am in need of an uber driver for a Volvo S40 2001 Model, tokunbo, and auto transmission. The car will be on rental agreement with a negotiable weekly delivery. Two guarantors are a must, and the person must be target oriented. The driver should be living around Abule-Egba, Ogba and environs. If interested, please call 08090630347 for further negotiation. Thank you.

Maka why will he leave, cos na Volvo? Take your time oo angry

On a side note, I now see the reasons for your being harsh on someone I gave your number to call you for cars to use for uber. Hire purchase, renting, or delivery, don't know the specific terms cos I don't do uber or even ride on it

He called me back to say that you were so rude to him and I had to apologise to him that perhaps you were having a bad day, now going through this thread after I was mentioned by heavenlybang, I now see the possible reasons for your harshness (perhaps you mistook him for trolls from this NL thread).

NLers can really get on a gentlemans nerves and see him turn to something else, I know exactly the feeling, so I understand. But you have to build a very thick wall and shield so you don't let people provoke you to a certain point.

If it's ok and you have a way to help connect him then, I can still ask him to call you again, this time with a keyword you will understand cos I know you probably might have forgotten his number and won't want to post it here

this is how it went down.

He called, told me he got my number from you ( only reason I listened to the talk on Ehailing) said his wife has been on uber for 6months now, and she uses a corrola remitting 35k weekly and they would like a vehicle for Hire purchase. I recommended a toyota, but he wanted something cheaper. Now in front of my house I have 4 Sharp vehicles that are just lying waste, some were bought for Ehailing, others were just good deals I just couldn't pass off, basically they are just small investments that can be liquidated in a day or 2. The call was intriguing and I wanted to see both of them, I really wanted to give them any car of their choice for HP even if it means walking to a dealership to pay for a car. I told him I would call him back, that I was somewhere in lekki, but he kept calling, I had to shift our agreed meeting to the next day, nah so Baba talk say if I no wan help am make I talk shocked I remembered my days of rental and the entitlement attitude drivers gave me during those days and I told my self NEVER AGAIN! So I jejely told him sorry for wasting your time I am not interested.

I later sent him an Sms and told him where he erred but I will never give that man a car.

I respect you sir, but never again.

sorry. that moniker is for my other side runs.

walahi. I never noticed any inflated price on the app. I even made less money on uber than taxify. my annoyance is that when I went to their office, they didn't explain that I would be banned permanently unless I changed phone which I did after some days. only for uber to ban me permanently when I had already gotten a new phone
