Gold coast ARPS is a branch of Aborigines protection right formed in London by none Ghanians. It was not a political party.

For a population of 28 million, Ghana is doing better than all African countries except SA, Botswana, Namibia, Gabon, Mauritius, Sychelles and Equatorial Guinea in terms of cities. You have to be a complete slowpoke not to see this.
