JARUSHUB: I hope this Assessment Centre stuff is going to be on the same day as the Documentation? And please do you have any idea how long Sterling Bank training School lasts for and how much they pay during that period? |

I have a challenge, I chose Enugu where I used to be as my center during application but job Hunt has taken me to Abuja and unfortunately I got invited after I had left. Is it possible to change my center to Abuja so I can have my own interview here because I can't waste time, money and energy traveling back to Enugu on Saturday for this. |

Adeosho:Given that Sterling usually takes in less graduate trainees than say First Bank, I think they took around 40 last time, I would say move on. But with God anything can happen, so you may keep the hope alive |

ebim: You can put on a gown, but you should try to get corporate heels... I'm not a fan of suits too... "Dresses" are allowed, but I think a gown should do, instead of putting on shirt and skirt... I don't like heels too, I had to get one. 2 Likes |

ebim: I went for an interview last year and one of the panelists told the ladies that heels are best for stuff like this. That in some companies, if you don't wear heels to their interviews, it becomes a minus. I'll suggest you try and get shoes with heels, it doesn't have to be too high. My two cents. 2 Likes 1 Share |
