Very good question in summer portugal is one hour behind nigeria but in winter the time at the same. In Valença portugal we are very close to spain easter district of portugal. So we use the same winter time as spain. Nairaland is giving me big problems when I post something it is removed. Sometimes I have to try 3 or 4 times before I can post something

I said I have been to 16 african countries where u got 36 from I do not know. Next thing english is my third language I am not very good in it
