Till today,I still don't get why Ghanaians like rubbing it in our face that they speak better English than us... I mean,what's there to be proud of about that? Its not even a competition. There are different variety of English spoken all over the world...They don't speak the same English in America and Britain.. neither do they in Australia and Jamaica... Its only in Africa that I see people arguing about who speaks the best English like its some kind of competition...

There are over 500 languages spoken in Nigeria and pidgin is what unify it all... The essence of language is to enhance communication in case you have forgotten
