But my brother hasn't signed anything.
I believe he should get two armed officers to sign all the four forms required.

My question now is will it be acceptable, if all the four forms are signed by just two officers? Without taking any to the local government.

its dsame now Two military officers can sign d referee form not necesary it must b a local givt chairman and a military officer cos most times local govt chairman would hardly give u his pasport

Hello friends I need an advice from u guys. Of recent I discovered that the month of birth in my original weac is different from my original date of birth, the year is same but the month and date differs(24 Jan original d. o. b) weac(27 Feb) am I safe? if not what should I do? secondly I want to collect my birth certificate from NPC, do you advice i put my original date of birth or the one on the weac results thanks.
