Please can someone assist me on how to reprint admission letter for 2019/1. I tried reprinting, but no option for 2019/1 semester, and when I choosed other year, it keeps telling me admission still pending, whereas my friends admission letter popped up immediately after he finished filling the form on CONTINUE AFTER PAYMENT. |

NOUN Graduands Convocation Information with Graduation Clearance Read the important notice to all NOUN graduating students. Updated few minutes ago! Please, be informed that the next NOUN convocation comes up January 2019. All eligible graduands are therefore requested to go to their study centres with their course registration slip(s) that has proof of IT and PROJECT registration for the ongoing NOUN clearance exercise for final students. Below are the NOUN graduation requirements and clearance procedure. Do read carefully and follow-up accordingly. End Of Programme Clearance Procedure Upon the release of the graduation list, graduating students are required to undergo a clearance process by doing the following: � Log in to your NOUN portal, click on clearance form, which is on the left hand side of the menu; � Print out the form, and fill in the necessary information required, e.g. Name, Matric Number, etc.(student data) Having done the above, you can return to the portal: � Click on the Study Centre to clear any issues regarding the centre. If there are none, an official stamp is required here for proof. � Click on library for clearance on books if still having school books in your possession. If there are none, an official stamp is required here for proof. � Click on bursary ; here is the final process for clearance on Alumni, project fee, IT, etc. This part will also be stamped by the faculty representative. � Having satisfied all the above, the student is ready for the graduation ceremony. NOUN Convocation Ceremony Information 1 Graduation Gown - N15,000 2 Federal Alumni Due - N5,000 3 Study Centre Alumni Due - N2,500 That's a total of N22,500 is required for this exercise. Guidelines For NOUN Graduation Clearance Exercise � Your name MUST be on the Graduation � You must provide evidence of correct registration of Courses and Exams by providing your Courses and Exam Registration lips or complete E-Wallet � Provide evidence of payment of Jamb Regularization (6,000) and result verification (Postgraduate: 10,000, Undergraduate: 5,000) � All NOUN Graduating students, especially those whose name are on the New Website, must print out their E-Wallet from their portals. � Proof of payment of CORRECT PROJECT FEE � Students that registered Projects before January 1st, 2014, with 10,000 are free. But those that registered Project with 10,000 after the above date, must pay a balance of 5,000. � Any student with a Negative balance in the portal must clear the balance before he/she can be cleared. � All Graduating Students must pay CONVOCATION and REGISTRATION FEE of 15,000. Upon return of the Gown in good condition within the stipulated time, a refund of 5,000 will be made to the student into the student's bank account. � The payment of the 15,000 should be strictly for the CONVOCATION and REGISTRATION vis REMITA website. NOUN Convocation Fee Payment Procedure 1 Go to the remita website - www.remita.net 2 Pay a Federal Government Agency 3 Type: National Open University of Nigeria 4 Select Miscellaneous 5 Description: Type your reason for payment (CONVOCATION and REGISTRATION FEE). If you ate paying for any other item: Project Balance or Result Verification or Jamb Regularization, etc,. You state it there. 6 Name of Student and Matric Number. E.g (Nnamdi Udoka Samuel NOU123456789) 7 Enter your Phone Number 8 Your portal e-mail address 9 Select Bank Branch (please avoid using the internet or Card payment to avoid issues) 10 Take your RRR to any commercial Bank for payment. 11 Ensure you collect the RRR receipt from the Bank The above convocation fee payment procedure can be done for you at your study centre Business office, whereas Graduation Clearance is done at your study centre Accountant Office. 1 Like 1 Share |

We are in the first week of the year for heavens sake . Even the portal is not open for registration of the new semester yet . And people aren’t even complaining about it .
