I already got an offer from union bank. I want to know if I should just face the union bank or still go ahead with the interview with IE next week

In my own personal opinion. Since you have gotten union bank already, secure that job. But still continue with the IE recruitment process. It also depends on your passion. If you really want to practice core power systems then IE is the best disco you can work for in Nigeria. As regards pay, i really can't say but IE pays all their graduate entry above 120k (including ESR). YEP should be slightly above that. But don't look at the initial pay. After your program alot of responsibility is placed on your shoulders and the pay increases. As YEP you've got great prospect.

Secure your union bank job, and resume there. If you get IE and you like the offer and "terms of service", then cool. If not you have something good already.
