We know what SW invested...its whole region! How is SE more deserving of a APC handover in 2023? 6 Likes 2 Shares |

We want all five states, their HoA, their Federal Constituencies....all APCfied. That will even the score with SW. Right now they are behind and cannot demand to skip the line and jump forward. Democracy does not like that. 4 Likes |

SE don't need to invest anything, its simply their turn in 2023 by virtue of the unwritten rotational presidency arrangement. It's EQUITY. SW has had her turn. 17 Likes 3 Shares |

Terms of zoning is very simple. presidency shall be rotated between North and South. just like 2019 is between Northwest buhari and Northeast Atiku. 2023 would be between Southwest and Southsouth, since southeast prefers to hide behind Atiku for relevance . besides Southwest has highest numbers of eligible voters while Southsouth comes a distant second with Southeast been the least. Again in terms of Nationally accepted Politician and Candidacy SW has tinubu, osibanjo, fasola, and many more vibrant choices, and Southsouth has Wike Mr project , Ameachi, Akpabio, Donald duke, oshiomole, Udom and Obaseki. 6 Likes |

megacity:Equity you might be right, but the presidency would not be given to any region on a platter of gold. They need to work towards it. If they continue with this politics of hatred , sorry my brother, 2023 might just elude them. That's just the bitter truth, even though I am of opinion, the 2023 should go to the Easterners, it definitely will not be a call for reaping where you don't sow.It begins now 1 Like |

the time for SE to fight for their space in national politics is now, once they missed it by Feb 16 they're a goner no Hausa will handover power to Igbo not even when ipob threat would be very serious after Buhari is declare winner Feb 16 everyone is scared of them, even their close ally region is scared of those people as for investment, APC won't make that mistake not to give SW the presidency in 2023 as SE has no political wave to be a determinant in national politics 1 Like |

@op. Are we talking the same SE who have already thrown in the towel and are only interested in queuing behind "aboki"? The Igbos themselves know they have offended everyone and stand no chance of leading Nigeria in 2023 hence their cowardice conceeding defeat 4 years early to pledge allegiance to a Northern candidate as they feel this forestalls their worst nightmare ever i.e a 2023 Yoruba Presidency. 3 Likes 1 Share |

omonnakoda: Bruv, if APC retain the centre in 2019, done deal IMO, then it is the SW that will have the strongest justification to produce the President because of our worth to the ruling Party and the fact SS, through GEJ, had a good 5 year stint in charge before PMB. 2023 is 100% SW and we are the only one who can rob ourselves of the Presidency. The worth of the SW to the APC and the effort the region has put into the Party gaining and retaining the centre will mean trying to sell SS candidate to the Party for 2023 will not fly. 2 Likes |

helinues: It was given to SW in 1999. Allowing only 2 Yoruba men to contest is unprecedented. It was deliberately done for EQUITY and national peace. If the North had presented a candidate in 1999, a Yoruba man might not have won it 6 Likes 2 Shares |

Nigeria is for all of us. Make everyone feel part of Nigeria. But maybe we aren’t one that’s why we act selfish. It’s a democracy. SE doesn’t have to “invest in APC”. APC should invest in Nigeria including the SE. Moreso, APC has Igbo members. |

helinues: It is only open to the SW. We can talk politically correct to please others and make them feel important but I am involved in politics and can tell you regions will be judged by their real electoral strength and number hence the reason the savvy players like Tinubu understand the North must be carried along while others insult the region non-stop. Good luck to anyone, if APC remains at the centre, trying to sell SE or SS Presidential candidacy in 2023, with both regions likely PDP controlled, while the SW is 100% APC. Let us see how that flies ala reaping where you have not sown. |

anyone who thinks the presidency is going to the SW is dreaming. you guys want to Bleep an entire ethnic group up. it's not going to work, it's still another aboki in 2023. this is going to force igbos to vote for another aboki till you the SW go down on their knees and beg. the igbos will not play this game so it's better no elections in 2019. there's going to be so much bitterness that tinubu will be in his death bed but will not rule Nigeria. 6 Likes 1 Share |
