I really don't know if you can claim a points from a work experience obtained during a full-time BSc degree. I'm not sure. I think it has to be part-time or distance learning. Gabzi28: |

I personally don't think it that much of an issue, an LOE and affidavit of change of name plus newspaper publication will suffice. bababode825: 2 Likes |

Please guys, I have another question. Can the JD below fly with NOC 6221? Maintaining and improving relationships with existing customers by ensuring that customers are not either under or over billed. Ensuring all houses especially new houses in developing areas are captured on the network and adequately metered. Check for meters bypass so as to prevent theft/loss of electricity. Assist customers by reclassifying their tariff plans. Provides customers with costs of installing meters, transformers or connecting to service lines. Provides support for new and existing customers and assist to resolve any complaints. Enhance customer relations and improve the company’s commercial field operations by educating customers on how to reduce electricity’s consumption. Ensures customers are billed fairly in order to reduce non-payment and complaints. Educate customers on the reasons of over-billing either through lack of proper earthing, faulty wiring or meters. Detection of wrongly installed prepaid and analog meter tampering. Determination and reduction of electricity losses. Sharing of bills and collection of payment. Educate customers on the value and objective of energy distribution in Edo State. Troubleshoot complaints relating to emergencies such as wire cuts to the appropriate quarters. Enumeration of customers premises via digital mapping Thank you. |
